A modern and contemporary ground floor holiday home features 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 with jacuzzi bath)
Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer with laundry room and washing machine.
Living area with comfortable sofa that converts to a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements, flat screen tv with movies, sports, Spanish and English channels and free WIFI.
This bright apartment has a fantastic large south facing terrace overlooking the luscious gardens with ocean view offering 'alfresco' dining with table and chairs plus 3 sun loungers and BBQ facilities.
Duquesa suites and gardens boasts 2 large communal swimming pools, the apartment has direct access to the large pool from the terrace, children's pool, padel court and a children's playground set in the beautiful gardens.
24 hour concierge and private underground parking as well as free parking outside of the complex.
Free welcome pack on arrival includes water, milk, biscuits, jam and a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
