Duquesa Village-Luxury apartment with sea & golf views

The property is in Duquesa Village, it is a 5 minute drive to the marina and the beach.

Car is recommended especially for families.

'Duquesa Village' is a 60 minute drive from Malaga airport and around 30 minutes from Gibraltar. The marina and the beach is a leisurely 20-25 minutes walk downhill or under 5 minutes drive but a taxi/car is recommended on the way back. You can take a cab from outside the marina for under 8 Euros. The buzzing Monte Duquesa Square is a 10-12 minute walk and you can find a range of options for eating and drinking or you can head to Puerto Duquesa which is always buzzing.

Duquesa Village is an established community with 5 outdoor pools, lots of green communal areas and a relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment itself is as good as brand new, it has had a complete refurb including all new furniture, beds and mattresses. The apartment gives a luxury feel as soon as you walk through the door and no expense has been spared to make your holiday as relaxing as it should be.

The apartment has high speed 300 MB WiFi and is free.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a top of the range latex mattress for a comfortable sleep. The en-suite bathroom is very modern with a rain shower and Jacuzzi bath.

The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pulled together to make a double if required. The beds & mattresses are premium & super comfortable to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.

The large living room has an Italian Chaise Lounge which opens up to be a sofa bed for two people with a memory foam mattress. There is 50 inch smart TV to enjoy some lazy time/sports and a Fire-stick plugged in to enjoy your favourite movies/sports. There is a modern diner in the lounge for 6 people.

The lounge and the master bedroom open into the large terrace area (22 Sq Mtrs). The views of the sea and the golf course from the terrace are beautiful and picture perfect. You can enjoy the sun on the rattan sofas or have an alfresco meal on the diner provided.

We have taken care of the smallest of detail such as providing pool/beach towels, hair dryer, essential soaps, tea/coffee/sugar, coffee machine, toilet rolls, kitchen towels to make you feel AT HOME.

The entry to the apartment is key less so no more waiting around for someone to give you the keys. You will be provided with a code before your arrival and you can just punch in the code on the keypad to gain access to the property.

Family Holiday

Just back from a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and spacious and communication with the host was great. Gated complex with 5 pools. Second time we have been and we will be back in the future.

Really good development with fantastic pools that were never too busy (we stayed in June and July). Apartment is in a good location for all the pools, was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It is at the top of a fairly steep hill from the port of Duquesa so a car is advisable, but we walked it a few times and it was doable in the evenings but too hot for us during the day. Easy to get a taxi though too. Also the owner was really nice, very responsive and answered all our queries promptly and efficiently. All in all, a lovely visit.

Overall a wonderful condo in a picture perfect location. This condo was clean and the beds comfortable. I highly recommend for short term visits like one or two weeks. However for those looking to spend a longer term I think the owner needs to update some very used living room furniture and kitchen supplies.

Perfect stay! ..Amazing apartment at a beautiful location..

We had an amazing experience during our stay here, both the service and the stay was 5 star. Super-stylish and super practical, this lovely apartment has stunning views from the large balcony- views of sunrise and sunset every day is breath taking and the apartment is overlooking the golf course and the sea. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and is located within 20 mins walk to the Duquesa port, which comprises lots of bars and restaurants. The keyless entry and check-in system is superb and saves a lot of time and hassle. The owner /host is very helpful. Everything was as promised in the description on the website. We will certainly be visiting again and would highly recommend this property. Perfect stay !!

Estadia 5 estrelas Apartamento espaçoso e totalmente equipado Super bem localizado O estacionamento privado é sem dúvida uma mais valia Várias piscinas dentro do condomínio ao nosso dispor A comunicação com o proprietário correu sempre super bem. Processo de check in e check out super simples e sem qualquer contacto. Não sentimos que faltasse alguma coisa. A descrição da propriedade é totalmente fidedigna. O único ponto a melhorar seria o acesso a água quente. Sendo cilindro, não tínhamos água quente suficiente para tomarmos todos banho de uma só vez. Dado que éramos um total de 7 pessoas: 4 adultos e 3 crianças. Acredito que só com 5 pessoas não existiria este problema.

Une belle bulle d'air

Très belle appartement spacieux, complètement neuf et meublé avec goût. Idéal pour famille avec enfants ou groupe d'adultes. Le propriétaire est très attentif à nos questions/demandes (merci pour la cafetière :) Excentré, calme et verdoyant, le village Duquesa reste à proximité de tout. Plusieurs plages et villes, magasins et centres commerciaux accessibles en quelques minutes. De plus, le complexe est surveillé 24h/24, parking sous-sol, plusieurs piscines dont une surveillée. Pas notre première, ni notre dernière fois !

We have visited Costa Del Sol on many occasions and it just seems to grow on you every single time. We are all married and blessed with beautiful kids and want to enjoy the apartment as much as we would like you too.

We don't prefer very built up areas near the coast as you travel from Malaga to Marbella. We quite like the peace and serenity of Estepona & La Duquesa.

Duquesa Village is a secure and gated community and gives a very homely feel. We can rest assured that the kids are safe and the apartments are really good size and excellent quality. The terrace is huge and overlooks into the golf course and views of the sea and Estepona.
