Nicely furnished two bedroom apartment which boasts it's own WiFi connection and views of the marina and boats from the terrace. The apartment also has two full bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and is fully air conditioned.



The apartment is located within the complex of Marina Real which is located on the beachfront and has 2 swimming pools, communal wifi, underground parking and direct access to the marina.

Position overlooking Marina, next to lift, entrance to pool area and entrance to block, which is excellent for more elderly clientelle. Cleanliness also very good and change of linen half way through stay appreciated. More cutlery i.e. only 2 teaspoons. If english tv is impossible, maybe a dvd player would be appreciated.

Location Spacious apartment As we stayed for 4 weeks we did not eat out every night and felt there was a shortage of some kitchen items that we have usually found on previous holidays e.g. chopping board, salad bowl, cheese grater. Also there were only 2 teaspoons. The freezer could have been defrosted as the top drawer was very difficult to open.

The apartment was in a very central location near to bars and restaurants. It was also very clean and tidy. The only point which wasn't as described was that we could not locate the allocated car parking space in the car park. This was not a big problem because we visited in an off peak time so there was lots of car parking on the road

The location was great during the day but noisy after 11pm. The shower head over the bath in bed 1 needs replacing, the water shoots out everywhere and leaves the floor wet. There are not enough glasses , a couple of them have cracks so unable to use . them. The sun never shines on the balcony (nothing you can do about that though) .

Centrally located spacious and very pleasant apartment.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living/dining area and nice balcony with views over the port. Underground parking slot which was invaluable. Couple of minor repair requests made which were immediately sorted out by the managing company so caused no issue at all. Perhaps consider cleaning and bed changes more frequently. We stayed for 10 days but because it was under 2 weeks, no bed linen offered. For the price charged, it would have been nice to have had the beds changed at least once.

Marina Real Apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean. Big enough for 4 adults. Nice size balcony overlooking the harbour. Well equipped including washing up liquid, tea towels, washing powder, salt, pepper & teabags. Hairdryer also provided. The only slight negative is that the balcony only gets the sun on it for about an hour in the morning. 2 nice pools although these were closed when we went but it is less than a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. There are some lovely restaurants around the harbour.

Best Feature is the View

The sweeping view of the marina from a nice sized balcony with table and chairs is the best feature of the apartment which is otherwise satisfactory but basic. The bedspreads are made of some horrible polyester that slips to the floor. There was a shelf missing in one of the bedrooms. The furnishings were outdated and worn. The rooms are very small and could do with having a chair.

Las vistas del apartamento , la amplitud de este y la ubicacion Limpieza en zonas comunes como la piscina de césped . Estaba muy sucia. Por otra parte el recinto es un laberinto para acceder desde la habitación a una piscina o salir al paseo marítimo . Estuvimos más de 40 min sin saber salir andando por los pasillos

Esperaba un lugar tranquilo, limpio, amplio y bien ubicado. En el puerto de la Duquesa lo hemos encontrado y la facilidad que nos han dado ha ayudado a que las vacaciones hayan sido mejor de lo esperado. Las piedras de la playa, algo totalmente ajeno a la agencia por supuesto.
