This spacious and beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with a bathtub, can accommodate 6 people, has a large living/dining room and terrace with views of the sea and the gardens of the urbanization.Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Additional services include bed linen and towels (1 set of small and large towels per person), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Wifi, air conditioning (hot/cold), washing machine and Smart-TV.One of the rooms has a 180cm double bed and the other has 2 90cm single trundle beds with an en-suite bathroom, therefore the capacity of this bedroom is 4 people.The urbanization is surrounded by gardens, has 2 swimming pools and direct access to the promenade and the beach. The building has parking, but it has an added cost, you must request it.The Marbella marina and city center are a very short walk away and there are many restaurant options close to the apartment.
