Lovely well managed property with great amenities and location.

Cuitadella great and plenty to explore. Mahon a great day trip. What was great about the property was the local beach which was just a five minute work not too crowded and you could swim from the beach or the rocks further out. Nice coastal walk to Cuitadella.

Great location

Perfect spot with 2 small beaches within walking distance and plenty of restaurants also within a walk. Nice quiet area and excellent intro from the host. The only very minor niggle was the kitchen could have done with a few more pots and knives for food prep. Overall, would strongly recommend a stay at the Villa.

Lovely house and pool - all well supplied (kitchen, bedding, towels etc). All accurately described in terms of property and location. Easy walkable access to beaches for sand and/or snorkelling. -Great communication with hosts -Great area away from the noise/touristy place but short walking distance to a couple of great coves and amenities -Easy parking -A proper, clean swimming pool -Would have appreciated darker curtains to stop light coming into 1st floor bedrooms but then again light coming in meant no need for alarm clocks and more of the day to enjoy

Great location, beautiful villa, nice pool.

The booking and check in process was so easy. The villa itself is beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for the stay. The pool is lovely and was a great temperature. Location of the villa is hard to beat, it’s very close to the sea and the local shop. Our only negative is the lack of air conditioning which in August proved to be quite hard to deal with.

Beautiful

Beautiful pool and villa in a nice area. Two beaches within a few hundred meters of the property, one with a great beach side bar and restaurant within a small intimate bay. Another for the slightly more adventurous, which has lots of cliff edges varying in height with purpose made areas to jump off into the sea below. Would recommend this property.

Great for a big family

Very functional house: well equipped, good aircondition in all rooms. House and outside area were even better than expected from the description. The pool was deep and perfect for our family. Trees and parasols gave enough shelter from the sun to have a good time outside. We appreciated the location: quiet neighborhood, near fantastic cliffs (Cala En Brut) for jumping/swimming and near beach for snaller children. We also loved going to Ciutadella.

Our best holiday EVER!

Wow what a villa! Utterly breathtaking! Everything is so close to the villa including shops and restaurants, but if you want a little more to choose from the bus can take you on a 10 minute journey into the nearest town. Communication with the owners was amazing and they were always on hand to help. We have recommended to all our friends and family and will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Great house in a perfect location

We stayed here for a week with two other families. There was room for all of us and the house has everything you need. The kids loved being in the pool and the two beaches nearby where great for exciting rock jumping and lovely bay swimming. Food at the beach restaurants were surprisingly good too. It’s a short drive to Cituadella which is a beautiful place to walk around and eat. Communication with Belen was great. There’s a little wear and tear around the pool, but it didn’t hinder our enjoyment there at all. I would definitely recommend this house and it’s great location.

Fantastic stay

My family and I had such a lovely time in Menorca. The villa we stayed in was close to everything we needed without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We were very close to the beach and jump off area and it was a short walk to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. The villa was lovely and clean, the pool was spotless and there was plenty of space for 2 families. The guy that met us "Sarafin" was so lovely and helpful. I would totally recommend this villa. Thankyou again to Belen and Sarafin for making this holiday so easy to book and great communication and so helpful. X

Wonderful!! Better Than Expected

This property is even better than it looks. The location is PERFECT for access to coves and beaches. The pool was amazing! It is very quiet and larger than expected. All of the amenities were supplied, and it was very clean. Communication with Belen throughout the entire process was great and immediate, and Serafin was very thorough and helpful during the walk-through. The only suggestion is to bring your own beach/pool towels. We will definitely be back and will stay here every time!

Cuitadella review

Photos accurate. Check in team excellent and property easy to find. Very quiet neighbourhood and pool lovely and well maintained. Only drop in marks would be for cleanliness. Most rooms were very dusty and all crockery in kitchen needed washing. Maybe we were the first guests of the summer season? Shame there weren't proper black out curtains. We would have liked 2 pillows each rather than 1. Spacious villa though and easy walk into town for food and drink. We were 7 people in total.

All the problems that the guest explains could have been solved in the same day, but it is impossible to do so if the guest says everything upon departure. We are always available and it is very easy to contact us. The villa is rented since 1st of June and has been occupied by several guests before, who have left very good evaluations, but if in this last case the cleaning team did not do their work correctly they should have warned us immediately, I insist, to be able to solve it. As for the comment of the curtains I do not understand honestly because all the rooms have blinds, windows and curtains and even in the living room there are domotic blinds to darken the living room. The house has air conditioning so the issue of heat is not a problem. To be fair I must add that the guest was respectful of the rules and that he left the house in good condition. A pity that during his stay the communication will fail on his part. I hope to have clarified the doubts that this comment may have generated.

All as the pictures and description

Lovely stay in the villa. Everything exactly as described. Pool is a great size and non slip! All dishwasher tablets, washing powder and washing up liquid was provided. Great location for a relaxing holiday, very short walk to different coves. Only 40 min walk into the old capital. Can really recommend the little cave restaurant, Sa Cova which is 5 mins walk away. Serafín was there to greet us on arrival and provided a number for a great taxi company. We used them to shop at Lidl to stock up, around 9€ each way. Only marked down slightly as the aircon in 3 rooms didn't work and the bed wasn't made in 1. This was resolved quickly however. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for those things and there had of been a welcome basket. Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

Lovely villa, great location

We had a great time in the villa, its spacious, clean, in a great location. Kids absolutely loved the pool - its large and quite deep so great for jumping in. Villa itself has everything you need, all kitchen utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine....., got very homely & cosy feel to it. The beds are comfortable. Villa itself is very easy to find. We arranged transfer from Mahon airport (approx 120 euro), but if you want to do it cheap, take a bus to Mahon town, then local bus to Ciutadella (01, 14) - its only 5.10 Euro and then from Ciutadella bus no. 61 -1.65 euro to Tore Del Ram (about 15min). and then 5min walk to the villa. There is also plenty of parking around the area. Local shops - closest was 3 min walk, larger one 5min - you can get all you need from them. Closest beach is only 5 min walk, suitable for kids and also few rocky places where you can jump straight into the see are 2min away. Very lovely and well hidden that not many people go there. The sea is absolutely beautiful. The 'town' Los Delfines - with all the restaurants and bars are about 10min walk from the villa. Also an aqua park is a walking distance, same way as the 'town'. Kids loved it there. Bus to Ciutadella goes every half an hour. Worth the trip for a day and dinner at night. We also ventured to Mahon by bus from Ciutadella (only about an hour away). The landlord Belen was very kind and helpful, always responded to my emails in few hours. Pleasure to deal with. We would recommended this villa to anyone who wants to enjoy family holiday in sun. La idea que nos habíamos hecho, fotos y descripción, se ajustó a la realidad. La villa está ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila, rodeada por dos calas y cerca de Ciudadela. La casa está bien equipada, es cómoda y con una piscina ideal para complementar los baños en el mar. La barbacoa y su entorno invitan a cenar al aire libre. Todo bien, excelente, con algún espacio para la mejora (un par de camas)

Wonderful Summer Holiday

From the moment we made initial contact to book the Villa we knew that this would be the perfect holiday for us and our 3 young daughters. Information was clear and transaction simple with the added confidence of the Agent being available to answer any questions we had in efficient and informative manner. When we arrived at the Villa we were met by the Agent who showed us around the property ensuring we were confident with how all things worked, such as air-con, appliances and gates. Information on the local area also given in both paper format and personal recommendations. The Villa itself is spacious clean and very well equipped, we found its location in a residential neighborhood to be very quiet. The pool just perfect and so welcoming in the heat of a Menorcan summer. The outside BBQ area was a delight and we spent a few evenings under the stars. The Villa is a great base to explore the islands virgin beaches, we would therefore recommend a hire car. Being so close to Citudella afternoons wandering around the shady streets were a welcome break from the heat of the day. We highly recommend this Villa and the company if you wish to have a trouble free, well informed stay.

Perfetta per noi!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, pulizia eccellente, cucina ottimamente fornita, letti comodi. Posizione tranquilla, piscina ben tenuta (forse una scala per risalire potrebbe essere utile) giardino intorno alla casa bello e spazioso. La casa è datata ma davvero ben tenuta, a noi è piaciuta molto anche se manca l'aria condizionata (che per noi non è stato un problema) la pressione delle docce è scarsa... ma per una settimana si può portare pazienza. Le foto sono realistiche. Grazie a Margarita e Serafin per la facilità di comunicazione e la disponibilità.

Sehr schön und gemütlich, super für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr für alle. Der Pool war eine riesen Freude für alle. Die Häuser drum herum sind nett aber das nahe gelegene Los Dolfinos ist nicht unser Stil. Ciutadella ist viel schöner. Für große Einkäufe und Strandausflüge braucht man ein Auto und diese waren sehr teuer. Sonntags fahren keine Busse.

l’appellation « Maison moderne » est très exagérée !

La maison n’est pas entretenue et la propreté extérieure et intérieure laisse à désirer ! Les fauteuils sont cassés ou déchirés, La vaisselle est insuffisante par rapport au nombre de personnes que la maison peut accueillir. Le portail est cassé et donc très difficile à manipuler. Les intérieurs de placards et tiroirs de chambres et salle de bain sentent le moisi. Nous avons été enfermé dans une chambre à cause des serrures vétustes. Au vu du prix de la location C’est dommage
