Typical Menorcan family house located in Ciutadella de Menorca, between Cala'n Blanes beach and Cala Brut.

We are an epicurean family who loves small and big trips. We like to share our experiences and learn from others.

Villa "Little Menorca" is located in front of Cala'n Blanes beach and close to Cala Brut (5 mn walk) in a quiet and residential area.

Closed ground of 600m ² with big swimming pool, cooks outside with barbecue, air-conditioning, 4 rooms, roof terrace solarium ...

Bus & supermarket, press, bars, beach club nearby.
The city of Ciutadella is 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot via the Cami de Cavalls coastal path.

Depending on availability, we can pick you up at the airport or port.

- Garden: plot of 600 m2 closed and trees, playground (petanque, multi-sport ...), 2 parking spaces in front of the garage.
- Lounge area: sofas, armchairs and large coffee table, these spaces are shaded by umbrellas.
- Dining area: outdoor kitchen with barbecue, plancha, fridge / freezer, and large shaded table for your meals.
- Solarium: the roof of the villa is accessible, privileged place for sunrise and sunset!
- Covered terrace: protected area along the house furnished sofa and armchairs.
- Shower room with additional WC from the pool area.

The house has been totally renovated, you will find all the charm of the former associated with modern comfort.

- Lounge / living room: bright space comfortable (sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, PS4 video console, DVD player, large table for 8 people) bay window overlooking the pool.
- Kitchen: large kitchen open and furnished with all the equipment and utensils necessary to enjoy the good local products. There will be at your disposal a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, a large fridge / freezer, electric hob, oven...

- Sleeping area:
    _ Bedroom 1_ Master bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200), air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, sink, shower, mirror.
_ Bedroom 2_ queen size bed (160 x 200), air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, storage and mirror.

Everything was great! The host was an excellent communicator so we had a smooth entry and stay. There is parking for two cars inside the gate but we also parked on the street right outside. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

This is like a mini resort for family and friends. The pool was beautiful and the patio had multiple lounging areas as well as outdoor cooking and dinner table. The house is immaculate and provided all the items needed in the kitchen and the bedrooms. Ciutadella central was a 20-30 minute walk and a short inexpensive taxi ride home after enjoying dinner and wine by the harbor. A five minute walk took you to the local town Main Street with its own restaurants and attractions or a beach down a different street. I messaged the host a few times and received very quick answers. What a great spot for a family to vacation!! I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Little Menorca, the house is extremely easy to relax in and the outside space just wonderful. The area is lovely, we spent so much of our time in Cala en Brut and similar coves nearby. Cyril responded to queries/ small problems very fast and is a wonderful host. Now we are at home we already are missing the house and perfect location! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Menorca.Little things bothered us- we couldn't get any TV channels except Netflix & Amazon Prime. The recycling was difficult because of not enough storage.

Fabulous Villa

The villa is modern and bright. Beautiful pool and surrounding areas. Outside cooking facilities. Close to beach, cafes and shops. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great communication and help from Cyril. Would highly recommend.

This villa is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It’s just beautiful, particularly the outside space. Ideally located just a few minutes walk to the beach at Cala Blanes which is a stunning little cove with a couple of cool beach bars to get cocktails and food. It’s a quiet area which is just what we wanted with some lovely reasonably priced restaurants dotted around and supermarkets just a few minutes walk. Ciutadella was a 45 min walk along the coastal park, perfect for the cloudy day we had. Meals there are more expensive but the city is so pretty and well worth visiting. Communication with Cyril was fantastic and we really appreciated the weather warning so we could be prepared! Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your beautiful villa

Wonderful family holiday

Perfect villa for an extended family stay, villa was as described, the pool was bigger than we thought, we spent days in and around the pool, nights using the outside kitchen and eating outside. Near the beach and Ciutadella is a must to visit. Thanks we would definitely recommend

Absolutely gorgeous property with many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Cyril was easily on hand if we had any problems (not that we had any) and many recommendations of things to do in the area. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!

What a phenomenal home! The house was perfectly appointed, and the backyard…just wow. The pool and outdoor kitchen made for a very relaxing holiday. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The villa was perfect for our needs. As we had a pre - toddler and a buggy the closeness of the local sandy beach at Cala Blanes, with its reasonably priced sunbeds and umbrellas was great. The villa is well equipped with a lovely pool and outdoor areas for sitting and dining. All in all very recommended

Fantastic location and lovely property with a great pool

The location is fantastic - literally opposite the entrance to the beach, which makes it very easy to holiday with small children. The pool is a really highlight too. It’s large and so warm - like getting into a bath. Everything is very stylish and the owner Cyril was very communicative and helpful. We had a fantastic family holiday.

The villa was everything we expected and more … the outside space was exceptional especially the outside kitchen. We had an incredible time at this remarkable Menorcan home. From the pool to the outdoor grill to the lovely furnished interior, everything is right about this place. The lovely and generous owners did everything imaginable to accommodate us, from helping us find an extra house for a second group of friends to welcoming us with cava and fresh fruit. A very, very special place located in one of the nicest parts of the coast—you'd be crazy not to stay here.

Lovely stay in beautiful villa

Very lovely stay for two weeks in the super villa. We had four older children so one or two more sun loungers would have been welcomed. We also missed the day bed. However the seating area was lovely and great fun playing pétanque. Thank you Cyril for the great communication and recommendations.

Awesome pool villa right near the beach

Great experience renting the pool villa from Laurie & Cyril. They were easy to deal with and responded promptly to all queries. It was lovely to meet them. The location is 3-5 minutes walking from the beach/calles as well as to the store and a few bar/restaurants. The property is even nicer than it appears in the photos and we spent much time in and around the pool. We stayed in early June and the pool and sea water temperatures were warm enough to enjoy. Overall, a very relaxing experience staying here, while still being very close to Ciutadella.

Ideal Menorca Villa

Great location for beach, local supermarket and local restaurants. Easy access to Ciutadella by car or bus. Villa was nicely furnished, all new bathrooms and air-con throughout. Spent most time outside by the pool and outdoor seating area. Petanque area really enjoyed by adults and children. Communication with Cyril was effective and timely. No problems at all. Will consider again when next travel to Menorca.

1st visit to Menorca

Myself and 4 senior-aged friends spent a very pleasant fortnight at this villa. It's comfortable and well-equiped for self catering, especially for families, but we felt the lounge space was a little cramped for 5 adults. The outdoor space was, however, extremely spacious and comfortable. The location is very good - a short walk from a small beach with a choice of two small bars. A 10-15 flat minute walk will bring you to a good choice of restaurants in Call'n Banes. We would recommend L'Ancora and Delfines and the English fish 'n chip restaurant was very good. A bus stop around the corner from the villa will enable you to get to Ciutadella within 20 mins or so. We hired a car for a few days in our second week which enabled us to view other beautiful locations in this lovely island.

Menorcan Gem

Really happy with our stay at Little Menorca. We normally choose somewhere a bit more remote and private but the location so close to beaches and coves really appealed. It’s also walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Despite having neighbours it was a really quiet location and the garden is really only partially overlooked by one other property. Loved the boules court and the pool was great (minor points: watch for the pool bottom step as it’s a bit of a drop and the pool edging slabs are on the rough side). There are also loads of options to sit outside, depending on the time of day and your mood. Villa kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable, outdoor kitchen was fantastic and Aircon effective. Cyril was helpful with our check in and with suggestions when we needed them. Would definitely recommend.
