Luxury condo, excellent location, walking distance to San Pedro district for eating and entertainment. Steps away from air port. No need for golf cart unless you plan on exploring. Definitely staying there again!

Wonderful Place with Great Location

Lisa was very welcoming when we first arrived. The accommodations were beautiful, staff made us feel safe and important, and the views were spectacular. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone interested in a luxury stay in San Pedro!

Truly unBELIZEable

Lisa was amazing!! Very easy to work with and quickly responded to every request we made. She arranged our golf cart rental, fishing tour, and Covid tests. Location was perfect! Close to great restaurants like Blue Water Grille, Pineapples, and El Fogon. Tropic air is within walking distance. Unit was very clean, spacious and luxurious. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Wonderful! Amazing location!

Absolutely love the property, it was so perfectly located. We were a minute from the airport, in the heart of San Pedro. Easy walk or golf cart ride to some fantastic restaurants. The Bluewater Grill is literally next-door, so it’s super easy to get a couple of drinks to go and relax by the pool. Lisa was extremely attentive, and even helped arranged our Covid test to get back to the US. Johnny the main caretaker is fantastic, he’s there to answer any questions, and works extremely hard, and keeps the property looking fantastic. The place is absolutely beautiful, well appointed kitchen, and that VIEW cannot be beat! At the time of us going, unfortunately the Sea grass was in full bloom, being up on the second floor was so nice, because you couldn’t see it or smell any of the seagrass on that balcony. Overall a fantastic time, if we ever get back to this beautiful place, we will definitely try and stay here again.

Amazing!!

This Condo and the Resort was amazing. It was close to town yet we didn't hear a bunch of noise. They kept the grounds clean and safe. Both the day and night employees were helpful and so nice. We would come back from a dive and he would come to the dock to see if we needed help with our gear. The elevators were a BIG plus with all our gear and luggage. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. We can't wait to come back!!!

The Real Deal

We had an amazing time at Diamanté Suites. We were walking distance to the busy streets and restaurants but it was very quiet at the place. Spent lots of time on the deck enjoying morning coffee. Security is always around and always felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Luxury Accommodation

Everything from the check in to check out was effortless. Lisa the property manager was amazing and accommodating to all of our needs. She set up our Covid tests the day prior, gave us great dining recommendations, and answered any question we had in minutes. My only hesitation in recommending the property is that it won’t be a available the next time I need it. It is slightly my difficult to find at first because of a narrow alley to get there.

Perfect getaway

Lisa, the property manager answered all our questions and arranged for our pickup. Located minutes from Tropic Air, we could have walked, but a van picked us up with our luggage. We were able to use the beautiful dock when boarding the boat for our dives. We used the tour guide that Lisa recommended, Mar Coast, which we would highly recommend. We will be back. It was perfect.

We loved staying at the Diamonte Suites. Lisa and Marcus were amazing hosts and answered all of our questions which put at us ease. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to vacation!

Great Stay on Ambergris Caye

The condo itself has a great layout and worked well for us! The location was a convenient walk to any of the restaurants we wanted to visit and next door to the dive shop we dove with, everything was east to navigate.

Great Property Manager and location

First, the service that Lisa and Marco provided for us was remarkable. The communication leading up to the trip was prompt and very accurate, and while we were there that continued. This property could not be more centrally located, you could walk from the airport, however, you do not have to because they pick you up. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, beach front, and it was very spacious, with all of the amenities of home. For the most part, the noise level in minimal. When we were there the wind was horrendous, and you could obviously here that, but other than that is was reasonably quiet. The property is still under construction, but I am certain when it is done, it will be difficult to get a reservation, as I would be very surprised if they were not booked out. They do not have a restaurant on property, but do yourself a favor and go next door to the Blue Water Grill, and meet Nathan, Imil and Keon, the bartenders, they are wonderful, and have some great tips about the island and things to do off of the beaten path. Also, Secret Beach, Truck Stop, Bar 303, the French Bakery, Fidos, Caprice and Elvi's are all a MUST for your visit. Oh, and the salt water crocodiles on the north side of town. (ask around for directions, it is kind of hard to find, but pretty cool.) It was a great trip, and would definitely do it all again. Relax, and have a ball!!!

Great place to stay!

The property is still in development, so it's not going to give you that super "resort" feel for another couple years, but that's not what's charming about San Pedro anyways. If you're staying in your resort during your visit, you're doing it wrong. Your room should just be a place to lay your head at night. Room is excellent and priced well compared to other similar rooms. Staff is nice and accommodating, including the overnight security guard that greets you when you come home for the night. Lisa and Marcos went over the top to make us comfortable. They picked us up with our golf cart rental and made airport pickup and drop-off super easy. Although we didn't take Marcos up on it, we learned that he would've arranged all our activities on the island as well. We'd definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Excellent Location and Outstanding Service

The Diamante is located within walking distance of most restaurants and entertainment in the southern part of Ambergris Caye. We rented a golf cart with the assistance of Lisa the property manager so that we could explore the northern sections of the Caye. Lisa took care of all of our needs including pick up from the airport as well as taking us back to the airport at the end of our trip The Diamante is a very nice condo complex that is not yet completed so there isn't yet a pool for guests. Other than the lack of a pool to lounge around we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Diamante.
