Amazing Oceanfront Views - Free use of Kayaks - Oceanaire 5

Newly Updated condo, it is perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy. This condo is located on the North side of the island - less than 2 miles from the airport. It is close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be removed from noise and congestion.

Both bedrooms have their own tv's and a/c in case you need some alone time. The large verandas with oversized sliding glass doors are a great place to view the Caribbean or the pool below. There is air conditioning throughout or you can open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze gently lull you to sleep.

The 300 ft pier allows for viewing water habitat - also fishing as well as access for local tours for diving; snorkeling or ruin adventure pick ups. The location is very close to great dining options.

Enjoy leisure walks along the sea - nice pathways are open for walking both north and south along the waterfront. The water color and sky during sunsets are like a dream!

The condo is amazing, Lori the Super Host was beyond amazing. Super sweet and nice and so helpful. It felt like home and we were not ready to leave. I will definitely be back to stay at Oceanside again!

Fabulous stay at Oceanaire

Wonderful stay in San Pedro. The communication and support in making plans including flight from Belize City and golf cart rental was so helpful. Lori answered all our questions and promptly assisted us with anything we needed. The unit was spacious and had a wonderful view. The location was perfect. Thanks for a fabulous vacation.

Hidden Gem and fabulous location

Our stay was everything we wanted. Fabulous location away from the town but very close to all amenities and restaurants. Beach front with fantastic ocean view from top floor condo. Very well kept small complex. Condo 5 has everything you need for a great vacation. The owners have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. We will certainly return on our next visit. Lori the PM is excellent and great to communicate with.

Amazing Property and Management

We were so lucky to stumble upon this beautiful condo located at Oceanaire. The condo has an amazing location and the property is gorgeous. The pool is clean and quiet and sand and beach area is spectacular. Inside you’ll find a fully updated unit that was spotless clean. The beds are very comfortable and everything felt top notch. What we don’t expect was the extra care and handling the property managers gave us. They set up our transfer flights from Belize City, our golf cart rental and also planned excursions for us! Even met us at the airport to help with our luggage back to the condo. I can’t say enough good things about our entire trip. Without a doubt we will be back multiple times to this property!

Beautiful getaway on the beach

We stayed here from 5-12 FEB 2024. The weather was beautiful! The property was exactly as advertised! On the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of sunrise on the beach! The condo came with ALL the amenities you could ask for. The are was close to many good restaurants, grocery store and even a hospital (God forbid!). A couple things of note: the master bedroom is not the room with the beach/water view. That room is smaller with a queen bed in it. The other room is the master with the king bed and an en suite bathroom in it. Also, the jacuzzi tub in there is inop waiting on parts from the US. But overall, I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat!. Highly recommended!!

Great condo. Great location. Lori and team were awesome from meeting us at San Pedro airport to booking 3 different day excursions with a great tour company Searious Adventures. Oceanaire complex is small but great. Ambergris Caye is a great spot for a family vacation
