There is a kingsize bedroom with sofa bed with Jack-and-Jill access to a wet room. Free standing, fold up bath with foot spa which when the optional covers are added provides a warm ’sauna’ effect. To the outside is a decked garden with furniture, Ninja Woodfire, electric BBQ grill and smoker. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Use of EV charger by direct arrangement with the host. Charges apply. Within 3.1 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Fuel, bed linen and towels are included. Town: Kirby Cross is a charming village located in the Tendring district of Essex. The village is home to its own shopping area known as the Kirby triangle, which has two small supermarkets and various other shopping facilities, whilst there are also a number of eateries, including pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Kirby Cross Station lies on the Walton branch of the Sunshine Coast Line in the East of England, provides links throughout Essex. Bordering with Kirby Cross is Kirby-Le-Soken, an attractive and historic village dating from Saxon times, whilst further afield lies Clacton-on-Sea, the largest town on the Essex coast, offering a traditional seaside atmosphere.
