These air-conditioned, serviced studios are just a stone’s throw from Connaught Avenue with its shops, bars and restaurants, and only a few hundred yards from the sandy beach and Frinton’s Golf, Tennis and Cricket Clubs.

Fitted with a kitchen and lounge area; each studio has a luxury bathroom with shower, bath and W/C, a king size double bed and a sofa bed to accommodate an additional adult or 2 small children, you will have everything you need to enjoy a lovely time away at one of the most sought-after seaside towns in East Anglia.

Quality linens, towels and toiletries provide that feeling of hotel luxury and each studio is available for overnight rental and has all modern conveniences along with an outdoor courtyard dining area.

We are thrilled to say that the experiences of our "Escapees" has been overwhelmingly positive with reviews complementing us on many details we have provided from the beds and linens to the privacy of the location.
