Villa Beija Flor is a modern, sugar-cube-shaped holiday villa in a quiet residential area just a few minutes away from some of the best Portuguese beaches.



The large sliding windows allow great luminosity and open up the living space extending the house outdoors.



A modern house, with light decoration and wood flooring, is also very comfortable in summer or winter, as the house has an excellent climate control system.



Although not vast, the walled garden features privacy in both, the dining and swimming pool areas, for guests' delight.

Located in a quiet residential area, it is only a ten minute drive to Praia da Morena, which is one of Europe&#039s best beaches in our eyes, and a 30 minute drive to AlmadaLisbon. Super kind support by Felipa, who responded immediately to all our requests. We really enjoyed our week in Charneca da Caparica! 17/10/25

Nice and clean, quiet neighborhood perfect for what we were after. Restaurants, beach, shops seemed a little far out but using bolt services/hiring a car it was fine to get to. Would recommend, gutted we weren’t there long. 17-24 July 2024

There isn't much to do in the local area and the beach isn't as close as you would hope - this was not a problem for us because we used uber/bolt to get into Lisbonlounged around the pool. Hosts were very easy to contact, would have benefitted from more clear check in instructions but they responded very quickly to any messages we had. We had a lovely stay in this Villa and would recommend! 11/09/24

Location was good a bit out of the way need a car. Did not meet manager of place but superb communication let me know everything that was needed and answered any questions. It was an absolutely wonderful stay in this vacation home! From the very first minute, we felt right at home. The house was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished, and we lacked nothing. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location which invited us to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent – always friendly, helpful, and straightforward. It was clear how much heart and soul went into this vacation home. We were able to completely switch off and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was an amazing stay

This was an amazing stay. I normally never leave reviews, but this exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived and the moment I left I was constantly looked after. The pictures do not do the house justice, the kitchen was fully functional , the outdoor seating was amazing for our bbqs. The pool was child friendly. Tatiana was amazing and was always one call away and answered efficiently whenever I had any questions. Next time we’re in Portugal I would love to stay here and book this home away from home! This villa was a fantastic find. A beautiful and stunning modern space that looked exactly like the photos. The house was pristine and exceeded our expectations. It also came with a lovely welcome pack, which was a great treat on arrival. All amenities were exactly as described. The hosts were fantastic too, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. We honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend staying here. I do recommend having a car if you are considering it, as the shops are a bit further than you might like. It is about a 30 minute walk to a large supermarket, but we managed just fine without one. 09/07/25

Beautiful, tidy, luxurious villa. Well equipped. Nice communication with manager. With a (rental)car, it is the ideal base for both a beautiful beach (10min) with nice beach bars and opportunities for (body)surfing as well as the center of Lisbon (25min). If I had to mention something that could be better, that would be a closet in the downstairs bedroom and some hooks for towels, but that's all. It is highly recommended! 27/17 -01/11/2025

Nous avons vécu un séjour exceptionnel. La villa, notamment avec sa piscine chauffée, est fantastique. Le quartier est tranquille, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre pleinement. Lisbonne est à proximité, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de la ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et y retournerons sans hésitation lors de nos prochaines vacances. 07/04/2024
