Tres dormitorios, dos baños, hermosa unidad en el piso 10 en Romar House con muchas características que harán que su estadía sea agradable.

Ubicado en una hermosa playa de arena blanca con 2 piscinas con vista al Golfo. La unidad tiene una hermosa vista panorámica del Golfo desde el dormitorio principal y las salas de estar. Plano de planta dividido con más de 1,600 pies cuadrados. Ventiladores de techo en dormitorios y salas de estar. Cocina totalmente equipada con isla grande, máquina de hielo debajo del mostrador y muchos electrodomésticos pequeños para facilitar la preparación de comidas. TV y lavabo / tocador en cada habitación.

Dormitorio principal con acceso al balcón frente a la playa, baño privado con bañera de jardín y vestidor independiente con espejos de cuerpo entero. Lavadora y secadora grandes en la unidad. Balcón trasero privado para disfrutar de puestas de sol y asar a la parrilla eléctrica. Alquiler de tumbonas y sombrillas disponibles en la playa privada. Complejo de condominios cerrados con seguridad en el lugar. Plaza de aparcamiento cubierta reservada para la unidad.

Cerca de restaurantes, parques de atracciones, mini golf, teatros, tiendas y lugares de interés. Girls Trip 2025

This condo is amazing! Spacious, clean, right on the beach, beautiful views, to being able to communicate directly with the owner. It’s a corner unit which means max beach views! Carole, the owner was super helpful with questions. It’s a smaller building, so the private beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as the others. My travel agent friend was very impressed as well. Can’t wait to rebook!

We loved this condo and the beach. The communication was outstanding and they were very accommodating. Just can’t say enough. Clean, well maintained and stocked. Can’t say anything bad. We will definitely be back.

Very Relaxing Last Minute Trip

This property is very spacious and clean. The complex is not huge which made for a really great beach experience. You see crowds on either side, but Romar is not crowded. We found the condo to be very comfortable, the lighting was warm and the general feel was homey. We would stay here again. Carole is very responsive and attentive.

Go ahead and book it!

If you’re looking for a family friendly, low key, private beach area (truly the best part for me), this is the place! The condo itself is great. Well stocked, and so easy to get to and from the beach, unlike the larger condos. We were there 6 nights and only waited one time for an elevator, and that was a minute or less. The host, Carole, was fabulous. I can’t say enough about being able to talk to a person and not a big rental company. Will definitely stay again!

Best corner condo location

The condo was better than the pictures. Large size and fully stocked. Loved the large patio/ porch with great views of gulf. The beach was truly just steps away. Carole is the definition of “going above and beyond “ and was easy to communicate. No doubt I’ll be returning to this place. Thanks for helping make this the best vacation trip!!

Graduation Trip

This location was wonderful. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was very easy to get to. The owner is wonderful to work with. She messaged me to make sure we were able to get in with no problems, even suggested some local restaurants to dine at. If I had a question the response was immediate. This was our first time at this location but will not be our last.

Not crowded and convenient

Kudos to our host, Carole! We had a small issue when we got there but Carole handled it quickly! This condo is laid out perfectly for a family and there was plenty of room to “spread out” 🙂 It’s steps away from a private/not crowded beach! The kitchen was recently remodeled and well stocked. The bedrooms and living room could use a little sprucing up as well but it was clean!

Perfect week in Orange beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romar house. This is a wonderful condo on a popular section of Orange beach, however the beach in front was not crowded. There was plenty of space for chairs and umbrellas, there is also a chair rental station if you don’t have your own. The condo had ample space for the 6 of us on this trip. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very nice and had new appliances. We didn’t really cook much but the kitchen is extremely well stocked for all cooking needs. Carole was wonderful about answering any questions and communicating with me about everything. You cannot ask for a better host. I’m very much looking forward to renting this unit again for a beach getaway!

Had a fantastic time at this condo! The owners were super hospitable, and we felt like we were staying in a home rather than a rental. We had zero maintenance issues, which is easy to take for granted. Our kids motto for the vacation was “this is the life” as they ate all of their meals while lounging on the balcony. There was ample drawer space for clothes, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We really liked how there was a lot of separation between the master bedroom and kids rooms. We also loved the front patio where we could leave some beach toys. Bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were all very spacious. Bathrooms were a little small but still more than adequate.Having a covered parking spot right next to the elevator was very convenient. The spot was a bit tight for our minivan but we managed fine. The walk from parking spot to water was only 3 minutes. We appreciated the low-density nature of Romar House. Although we came at a busy time (Labor Day Weekend), we were always able to find ample space for our group at the beach. We also never had to wait long for an elevator, and sound levels remained fairly low on the balcony. Both of the pools were great. One was ideal for kids (3-5 feet deep) while the other was deeper (5-9 feet). We did not make use of the tennis courts or gym. I do wish there was a hot tub. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Carole was very accommodating and a pleasure to coordinate our stay with. The condo was quite roomy and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay there again if I was looking for a place! Gulf view is beautiful.

This property was even better than we expected. It was so spacious, the layout was perfect, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Booking the property was a breeze. The host was so quick to respond and very diligent which I loved. The condo was awesome! Excellent Location

We loved our stay! The master suite has a view of the ocean and the other two bedrooms are in their own seperate area on the opposite side of the kitchen. Our teens loved having their own "suite" with a door that closed them off to the main living area. Would also be nice if you had little ones that you needed to go to sleep. The beds were all comfortable enough. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great condo and excellent host

This condo was perfect for us. Carole is the best host that we've ever had and she made sure that we had everything that we needed. There was plenty of space for our entire family to relax and not feel crowded. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the beach front view. It was nice having a TV in each room and the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and other items that we needed during our stay. The under the cabinet ice machine was a nice added touch too. The internet worked without any issues and Carole left good instructions and they were easy to follow. From the check-in to the check-out, this was a good stay for us and we can't wait to return to this condo. Thanks Carole!

Guest are treated to personal service from owner, not a management company with many properties. We treasure our condo and our guests and want all to enjoy the comforts of home. Our condo has 2 balconies , one beachfront and a private balcony at the entry , where we get beautiful sunset views from the 10th floor.
