Located in Marcon (Venice), the property enjoys a strategic position: 7 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport and 3 km from the train station, ideal for reaching Venice by train and, by car, Treviso, the beaches of Jesolo, the Prosecco Hills, and art cities such as Padua and Verona.

IMPORTANT: The property is exclusively reserved for the booking guests; there are no other guests on site. The owners live on the ground floor and are always available for any needs, ensuring discreet assistance and maximum privacy.

The agriturismo offers a spacious 75 sqm apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
On the same floor and adjacent to the apartment, there are two additional rooms — one Superior Room and one Comfort Room — each with a private bathroom.
