The grounds surrounding the house extend to 2.5 hectares with olive groves and woodlands. The garden is set on levels and around 1,000sqm. Within a short drive you can visit the birthplace of Pinnoccio's Creator Carlo Collodi by visiting Pinnochios park.

Double bedroom with four poster bed, I single bed plus one pull out bed. Bathroom with shower leading to the terrace with sun loungers, access to the garden and swimming pool. (7.30 x 3.80m, depth 1.20m, table and chairs, external shower. WIFI internet, parking and air-conditioning.

Please note: The road leading to the house is downhill and asphalted and narrow on two bends. If you want to park your car on the main street the owners will take you through the access road. Possibility to rent the suzuki jeep of the owner Euro 100,00 / week to drive the main street to the house.
