Set in the countryside, surrounded by nature and the beautiful hills of Tuscany, with no close neighbouring villas, Villa Di Terra is the perfect location for those who want to detox from a busy life. Here, you can learn the way of “la dolce vita” with peaceful meals outside while enjoying the private swimming pool and watching the day go by. At the same time, you will be within a short driving distance (30 minutes) from the beautiful sandy beaches of Tuscany, such as Marina di Bibbona, with miles and miles of sandy beach. The town of Cecina is only 20 minutes drive away, and there you can find a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and more.

The villa develops over two levels and 600 square metres, and it can host 16 people in two apartments, each with 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 5 extra beds can be added for a total of 21 guests. The two apartments are independent, but can be connected by an inside staircase.

On the ground floor, we have a large living area with sofas, TV, dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. From the ground floor we have direct access to the terrace.

An inside staircase leads us to the first floor where we have a second kitchen with views, dining area, and lounge. The sleeping area has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. On this level there is a second terrace with barbecue and beautiful views.

Outside, the property offers a private fenced swimming pool (12x6m; 1.5m deep; open from April 15 to October 31) that can also be heated, making it ideal for families with small children. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun lounges (8) and 8 lie-lows. There is a covered terrace with large table and chairs for al-fresco meals.

- POOL: swimming pool is closed from October to April. It could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 3 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pool. Services are not available for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).
- Pool heating Available when the house heating is not switched on. The system could heat the house or the swimming pool.
