This is a gated community with a convenient beach access located right across the street. Enjoy stunning views and easy beach access without paying the beach front price!

With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!

*This Condo only allows for 10 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.
