Annexe is a contemporary annex attached to the owner’s home, offering an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, table top ironing board and iron, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. There are two double bedrooms served by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, this is a pet-friendly property but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. There is also a travel cot and highchair. Escape to Annexe for a wonderful base in Devon.

From Totnes, set off on walking routes with stunning backdrops along the Dart Valley Trail, or explore the historic Totnes Castle. The historic naval town of Dartmouth and the shops and estate at Dartington are just a short drive away.
