When it was new this was I am sure a very good villa
Excellent location, in walking distance of turtle beach. As the title implies this was a superb address when it was new. Now, many years later the majority of the amenities have seen better days and need replacing. For instance the wooden chairs on the patio. The outside dining table does not seat 8 or 9 and must be extended by a further crudely repaired table. The bbq gas grill I photographed on a previous inspection of the property before rental was replaced with a very basic "cyprus grill". The water in the pool was unexpectedly cold for this time of year with day temperatures of over 25° celsius. The kitchen is well equipped but sharp knives for preparing food were not available. A vacuum cleaner would have helped for basic cleaning during our stay.
The jacuzzi in the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom was in need of a good clean. There was no real wall mirror over the bathroom sink.
I can only recommend this property to others after reading my review.
