Great property in a great location. Property has all the necessary amenities and is clean, quiet and safe. Fantastic area with close link to the metro and also walking distance to a lot of Rome’s sights. Host was great. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Rome.

Nice apartment

The apartment was super nice and convenient. It had everything one needs for a short stay. The sound proofing is a bit of an issue as the front door is old and so is the window so you can hear anyone entering the building at night or neighbors talking. Cleanliness was overall very good, although the floors could do a good mopping besides the sweeping. The house rules are clear although charging 100 if the guest doesn’t take out their own trash sounds a bit too much. There was no instruction indicating where to dispose the garbage. The boiler is super small and it’s really difficult to have enough hot water for one shower and not to mention two people needing to shower.

AC not cold, just recirculated air

Great location & clean. BUT AC was recirculating air, not cold. With heat wave it, was not pleasant. No one responded to help with the problem.

Small apartment style home centrally located very convenient. Close to shopping, dining and train. If you are coming from the US, bathroom counter is a bit smaller than we are used to and air conditioner not quite as strong but this seems to be par for the course in Italy. Apartment is one level one so up one flight of stairs. Kitchen is small however we did not cook so was perfect for us to store drinks on the fridge. Location was very nice easy to walk out and enjoy dining and night life. Moving around town was easy as the train station ( Cavour) is just a few steps away.

Great Location/suitable apt

Great neighborhood; only a few blocks from the Colosseum. Multilple places to eat, drink and shop. The bed was a little difficult to sleep in as the mattress was very thin, more like a sofa sleeper mattress than a bed mattress. Air conditioner was welcomed after a hot day. Shower was wonderful, too. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well kept and clean. My only concern was after we checked in, the hostess/someone came into the apt while we were out to pick up the tax. It was a little weird for us, but as they say…when in Rome. Overall, the apt served it purpose and would recommend.

Good location but poor communication

The overall property was as described and in a very central location which was great for exploring. The downside was the communication with the property owner. We had to chase for check in details several times and the response was very slow. They eventually gave one contact number and on the day of travel, despite us giving them timings, they chased us for arrival giving another contact number. This could easily be resolved by them in having a better system in place for incoming guests.

Absolutely terrible!!!

I would avoid this listing!!! Checked in late due to the host not showing up on time. The whole place was trashed and didn’t have the bed accommodations that are on the listing. The host was incredibly rude and threatening!!! If you value your money, safety, and time, avoid this Vrbo at all costs!!

El apartamento a pesar de estar bien ubicado, le falta mantenimiento, sábanas muy amarillas, sartenes de cocina inutilizables de aluminio porque el fogon es de induccion. Tocó llegar abarrer el piso.. El baño muy bonito y aseado.

Posizione comodissima

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con la famiglia, è stato aggiunto un letto singolo per la nostra ragazza. L'alloggio era fornito di asciugamani, cartaigienica, sapone liquido. Il bagno è bello e nuovo, unico suggerimento che vorrei dare è di attaccare qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani e qualche vestito perchè non si sa proprio dove appoggiare le cose. La fermata della metro Cavour è vicinissima e molto comoda. In generale tutto ok.
