The location is amazing! (Note: You are in a city and there is city noise. Bring a sound machine if needed!). The space is plenty adequate for a family of four. We brought a camping mattress and put that in the living room).The host was very responsive. The app was lagging in sending messages when we checked in so we switched the WhatsApp and then it was great. The kitchen is was well stocked. but couldn't get the stove to work (probably me!), couldn't find any pans for the oven, and the water kettle was a little gross on the inside.

It was a wonderful place to stay. It was large. Good location, walked alover to many attractions, I would most definitely stay again. If I had any suggestions it would nice if mattresses were more comfortable and if check out time was later than 9am. However, the early check out forced me on the strret early enough to rent a Vespa and they held luggage so we could do additional exploring before our afternoon train to Pisa. Very good experience overall.

Beautiful apartment in a great location overlooking a beautiful piazza. Very close to Termini station to make getting to/from airport very easy. Very easy walk to all attractions in Rome. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.The only reason I did not put 5 stars as it is in a very noisy location and the windows/shutters dont keep much of the city noise out. Personally I didnt mind it but our friends commented on it a few times

Such a great location

The place was clean, very open and large. The location was central to so much that we could walk almost anywhere. There was room for both of my teenagers and my spouse and I to have privacy. A very good stay over all.

Nice property, terrible host — not recommendedThe house is lovely, but the host made this one of our worst stays ever.Check-in disaster: Host never sent self-check-in info. He asked our arrival time; we said 8 PM and arrived exactly on time. His instructions: send a photo of the door and he'd unlock remotely. We did — no response for 10 minutes. We called 5 times, sent multiple WhatsApp messages. Nothing. After 25 minutes waiting outside with our family (following a 16-hour flight), we called VRBO. Only after 12 minutes on the phone with VRBO did the host finally call back and open the door. 45-minute delay, no apology, rude tone.Suspicious passport request: The next day he messaged on WhatsApp demanding our passport details with no explanation. I'm familiar with the city tax process, but there was no context for why he needed this sensitive info, so I didn't send it. He called during our dinner; I couldn't answer. He immediately sent a threatening message saying he'd report us to the police. He agreed not to involve police after we sent him the passport information.Privacy invasion: He insisted on entering the house behind us to collect cash and leave a receipt. When I asked for another option, he rudely refused.Rude, unresponsive when it matters, and quick to threaten. The property is nice but the host experience is not worth it. Not recommended.

Excellent apartment, location was very convenient and owner was friendly and accommodating. The AC was a great bonus with the heat and so helpful to have a full kitchen, washer and reliable wifi. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great place but noisy

This was a great location if you want to be right in the middle of things. Lots of restaurants and shops but very noisy right into the night. the place was very clean and had an elevator which was very nice.

We greatly appreciated a space for our whole family to gather where the prices weren’t outrageous. Very handy having the washing machine there as well as a great drying rack. Location was a short walk to metro and Colosseum, with a bus stop right there. Would stay again!

The apartment was very nice and much larger than anticipated! The other reviews mentioning street noise are not kidding, it is very loud at night so if you have trouble sleeping keep that in mind. Our host was very nice and gave us recommendations in the area, sometimes the communication was slow but he always responded. As a heads up some of the other tenants in the building were not very friendly (I did get yelled at twice- it seems that they did not like having rental apartments/tourists in the building). Overall I would recommend this apartment if you are staying in the area, it was in a good location and had all the amenities we required for our stay!

Overall accommodations were good. Sufficient for our ideas kitchen and living room. LR however was quite furniture bare of comfortable. Bath shower in both were VERY inferior. Particularly the tiny 2.2 x 2.2 foot shower. And no allowance for ANY place for soap, shampoo or wash cloths on stall. Frankly VERY POOR for User.

Exploring rome

From this efficient apartment we were able to walk to walk everywhere we wanted to explore, dine, and shop. Love being in the center of the action. Our host was excellent. Speedy communication made planning easy.
