Welcome to Casa Playa, our stunning penthouse offering unparalleled views of La Zenia and the Mediterranean Sea. This exquisite residence comprises two bedrooms, a singular toilet, and a separate shower room, along with an American-style kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. The main apartment also boasts a combined dining room and living room. Venture to the rooftop terrace by using the communal stairs outside the apartment.

The expansive terrace, distinct from the main living space, includes a sofa bed in the conservatory, a shower, and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you the convenience of preparing your own meals. The apartment is furnished with a TV, PlayStation, Bluetooth speaker, a spacious sofa, a master bedroom featuring a Tempur mattress bed, and an additional bedroom with a bunk bed. Three air conditioning units ensure optimal comfort for cooling or heating.

Venture to the rooftop terrace by using the communal stairs outside the apartment. This expansive terrace, distinct from the main living space, includes a sofa bed in the conservatory, a shower, and a toilet.

Ascending from the front door's staircase, the upper floor reveals a third room with a high-quality sofa bed (140x200), TV, and Bluetooth speaker. This floor also accommodates a shower and toilet, as well as an almost 100m2 solarium. The solarium boasts a dining table for eight, sun beds, a lounge area, an outdoor shower, a complete outside kitchen, a barbecue, and breathtaking panoramic views. For those desiring a swimming pool, day passes for pool and sunbed access are available for purchase nearby.

The residence also features a secured parking space. The nearest supermarket (Consum) is approximately 500 meters away, while Zenia Boulevard, one of Spain's largest shopping malls, is 900 meters away. Additionally, several renowned golf courses are just a short drive away.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

Every essential is at your fingertips, with all utilities (water, electricity, WiFi), bed linen, and towels included in the rental price.

Property available to rent exclusively from April - September.

This top floor apartment is huge, and the rooftop is all yours, very well finished, very modern, views unbelievable- less than 5 min walk to the beach and about 7min walk to the center for restaurants, supermarkets shops, very centeal, it has eveything you need

Bra och lugnt läge med bara några minuters gångväg ner till La Zenia stranden. Lägenheten var ren, fräsch och välplanerad. Värden Jesper är väldigt hjälpsam och återkom snabbt vid frågor. Rekomenderar detta boende! ner till La Zenia stranden.

Good overall but a few issues

This a good size penthouse apartment well appointed in the main. Clean and tidy although we did have to wash tea stains off the mugs. The roof terrace is spacious with sun beds, table and chairs, shower and toilet. The only thing is that the terrace is on a separate floor above the apartment so you have to actually have to leave the apartment and go up a flight of stairs to access it. Whilst we had a good week here, there was two main issues. There was no hot water in the apartments bathroom shower so we had to keep leaving the apartment to go upstairs to use the roof terrace shower. The other issue in the bathroom was a bad smell from the plug hole. This may be a problem with the plumbing which is allowing stale air to come back up through the system.

Lovely location , great property

The apartment is in a great location not far from a super beach etc. The facilities including the roof top terrace are fabulous and everything you need is supplied . We viewed gorgeous sunsets and sunrises from the apartment . Close proximity to the supermarket , restaurants and Boulevard make it easy especially if you don’t have a car . A great holiday in lovely surroundings .

Great penthouse

Great base to explore south costa Blanca. Two mins from la Zenia beach. 5 mins from great bars and restaurants by foot.

Great views across to beach and great sunsets in this large, really clean and modern apartment.

A great stay with views across to the sea and across la zenia. Fab restaurants up the road and easy walk. Roof top looks lovely but did not get much chance to use it as out and about most days. Really easy to get keys and leave with Sharon meeting us which made it really easy. Would defo recommend 👌

Très bel appartement proche de la mer

Très bel appartement proche de la mer et des commerces. Il est tout équipé pour vivre dedans comme pour aller à la plage. La terrasse offre un avantage non négligeable. Jesper est très réactif si besoin et vraiment très à l écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location et vous la conseillons.

Very nice apartment in good location

La Zenia in one of the nicest place to stay and apartment is in good location between the beach and other services nearby . Owner of the apartment was available when ever you have question to ask. Apartmen`s Terrace is very usefull in sunny days and it is large enough. Very well furnished as well. Apartment it self is very nice, well equipped properly

Casa playa penthouse is sparkly clean very comfy, home from home

If you want a comfortable pristine apartment that’s extremely comfortable, with attention to detail, you have everything you need at Casa playa. It’s close to the beach and local amenities this is the place for you. The owner is available at anytime and is extremely accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Erik & Sharon are very friendly and helpful too. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay in this beautiful apartment with the amazing roof terrace. Brilliant stay! Highly recommended!

Just got back from an amazing holiday. Cannot recommend the accommodation highly enough. Jesper was super attentive and nothing was too much for him. Answered any queries we had promptly and regularly checked in with us that everything was going okay. The accommodation was extremely clean. There was plenty of room and decorated beautifully. The roof top terrace was the cherry on the cake! Spent many a lovely day and evening up there. You would definitely not be disappointed if you stayed here.

My self and partner stayed @ Casa Playa for a week in September. It was such an amazing modern apartment with all the mod cons you need and more and to top it all off the rooftop terrace was just out of this world 😎 , just a pitty we only got to use it a couple of times because of the bad weather 😭 but enjoyed watching the lightening storms ⚡⚡from there . Casa Playa is at the centre of all you need , beach , shops , restaurants all a stones throw away . The owner Jesper always kept in contact with you and answered any questions or queries you may have . We will deffo be back again in the future Regards Paul

Absolutely Fab!! Have already re-booked!!!

Myself and my partner had the pleasure of staying at Casa Playas for the week and to be honest we couldn't get over the apartment!! It was very modern with a nice touch of home decor, it was extremely cozy!! The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had every possibly utensil required for our stay which was fab!! Unbelievable location, literally 3 mins walk to the beach!! Jesper as a host was sooo helpful and very friendly!! Any slight issue or enquiry, Jesper was on the ball right away and extremely eager to assist!! We really appreciated the fact that Jesper took the time to check in with us several times throughout the week to make sure all was well an assured us if there was anything we needed, not to hesitate to contact him!! I definitely think our favourite part of the apartment was the penthouse/ roof terrace!! 😍 This was just something else for us and we made such good use of it!! Breathtaking views (you can literally see the waves on the beach), stunning sunsets every evening and the lanterns certainly gave it a beautiful setting at night!! 😍 The rooftop also has a bbq, hob, sink and fridge!! We were so pleasantly surprised to discover these and although we didn't use the hob or bbq, these would be fab for a larger group of people or a family staying at Casa Playas!! All in all, an absolute 10/10 experience for us and we have already re-booked for next year!!! 😎

Excellent located property.

Just had a great 2 weeks in this apartment, superb location that has easy walking to 3 good beaches, we particularly liked Playa De La Capitan, it has a small cove like section which would be great for small children as it is ankle to knee deep. The apartment has all the amenities needed to stay in or use as base and the aircon in the living room, master bedroom and Kitchen area was a comfortable place to stay and keep cool. The restaurant downstairs is a lively place, it doesn't disturb you but is a good end or start place for a beer or a great range of ice creams and quite reasonable places. Our daughters for a couple of days used the swimming pool at the end of the road as a change at 9 euros with a bed, but the beach was their preferred place. The apartment is on the 6th floor.and serviced by a tiny lift, this is small but to be honest when we couldn't get all our stuff in, using the stairs and burning off some calories wasn't the end of the world. The roof deck is really well laid out, in truth we didn't use it that much as we spent most of the days on the beach or exploring so sitting in the sun at the end of the day we preferred the cool apartment. It was excellent to dry washing or roll the blinds across and chill. On this deck was beach chairs an umbrella ( I bought a nice new one and left it there) along with inflatables which others have left in the past and were really useful as we used them most days. There is a cool box also that we took to the beach and made a great change not to have to buy or rent all this stuff that you often have to do. There is private parking via a key fobbed electric gate which was helpful. There is parking along the road with spaces before 10am.or after 8pm ( people use to pake for beach) but there was always a space for us to park in our gated car park anyway. All in all we felt well supported by Jesper who checked in with us regularly via WhatsApp to make sure our stay was to our satisfaction. Thanks Jesper.

A pleasant stay

This apartment was great it has two living areas which worked well as the young adults could chill upstairs as us oldies relaxed downstairs. We managed to get an air con unit placed upstairs after a few days as it was to hot to sleep without. Great communication with owner very helpful.
