Grey Goose Farm is a beautiful estate property with terrific mountain views, a single family home on approximately 50 acres of fields and woods and trails, offering total privacy. A long, tree-lined driveway with carriage lighting leads the way to an open meadow featuring a classic Vermont red barn with cupola and a spectacular pond. On your way to this spectacular setting, a spacious home sits comfortably on a knoll that can be seen to the left of the drive. While the house provides a place to gather with family and friends much of the fun happens outside in the beautiful rolling meadows like swimming and fishing in the pond, cross-country skiing and backyard golf just to name a few. Top bunks are not suitable for adults. All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.

The Grey Goose Farm was a great place to have a family vacation. The house was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space and hiking trails were a great bonus.
The home was well maintained and beautiful inside. Outdoors were spectacular too. We had fun making s'mores in the outside fireplace and watching the night sky. Close to Stowe. Would love to come back another time.
This house was everything we expected and more. It was very family friendly. I loved how big the property is, we spent most our time just walking around and enjoying the view. The second kitchen was a game changer. Great for all ages. The toddlers and the seniors we had in the group were able to navigate around with ease. My dogs enjoyed it too!

Amazing home and property!
This was, hands down, the best home we have ever rented! The house is great and the views are even more amazing! We travel with 2 other couples every year and our adult children sometimes join us for part of the trip. What a great place for a large group! Above the garage is a very private king bedroom with ensuite and wet bar and living room. The walk-out lower level has a king bedroom, kid's bunk room, bathroom with washer and dryer, kitchen and living room with patio door. The main level has a king bedroom with en-suite, a queen bedroom with en-suite, a king bedroom with bathroom including another washer and dryer across the hall. The loft has 4 twin beds which we didn't use, so can't attest to their comfort. Plenty of room for everyone even with 2 other couples joining us for part of the week. The kitchen was well equipped and since the living and dining room are open to the kitchen it's easy to have everyone all together without feeling crowded or on top of each other. Then there's the outdoor space. It really is much more than 10 acres as the description states. A short walk past the house, there is an outdoor patio near the barn on the property with all sorts of activities---a bocce court, fire pit, 4 holes of golf, picnic table and chairs, a pond and biking or walking trails through the trees. We spent several evenings enjoying the beautiful views and playing bocce and golf while the sun went down!! The cute town of Morrisville is nearby and easy to bike or drive to. The Thompson Flour Company was a great lunch spot with homemade bread for their delicious sandwiches and breakfast pastries and breakfast sandwiches with fresh biscuits and english muffins. There are some amazing breweries nearby---Hill Farmstead, Lost Nation, Rock Art, Idle Time, Foam, Frost, Prohibition Pig. So many fun things to do in the area and places that are close enough for a day trip---bike riding the very scenic La Moille Bike Rail Trail, covered bridges, apple orchard, Cabot creamery, Ben & Jerry's, Smuggler's Notch road, Old Red Mill in Jericho, Shelburne Sugar House. Montreal, Montpelier, Burlington, Lake Champlain are all close enough to get to for day trips. I would not hesitate to rent this same home again!

Comfortable, spacious, well maintained house
10 of us (2 families of five) stayed here over a long weekend to ski. The house is simply enormous with multiple bedrooms and zones and two full kitchens! It is not old, and was in clean condition when we arrived. The property is beautiful, and the house is a close drive to the town of Stowe and not too far from the ski resort (but this largely depends on traffic and road conditions). We spent most of our time in the main room that has a wood burning stove and this kept the main area warm and toasty. However, it appears that the heating and water pipes froze during our stay, as two zones of the house were frigid on the last night. They had space heaters on hand, so we made it through the night.
