This charming garden apartment for 5 is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday in the popular resort of Torre dell’Orso.

Set in a private garden, with a large veranda, the apartment encourages living al fresco, so that guests can enjoy the relaxed environment. On the terrace, there is a seating area, as well as a dining table and chairs and even an adjacent, outdoor kitchen with a cooker hob and oven, sink and a smaller table with chairs. Inside, the spacious living area is furnished with 2 sofas, a large flat-screen TV and another dining table and chairs. Double glass doors lead out onto the veranda. The separate kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The light-filled master bedroom has a contemporary double bed and a wardrobe
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

Bathroom 2: This outdoor bathroom has a shower, sink and WC and is useful after a day at the beach.

Location
The town of Torre dell’Orso is blessed with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests. The town is a laid-back resort with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants catering to all budgets and tastes. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa, and the town centre is also accessible on foot.

The house is 2 minutes from the Giardini del Sole sports complex which offers many different sports including mini-golf, tennis, volleyball and five-a-side football.

The city of Lecce (25 minutes) is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit, not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping. For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.

The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
