Additionally, it is only 1.5 kilometres away from the ancient Roman town of Caminha, characterized by its assortment of high-quality restaurants, cafes, lively promenades, and open-air esplanades along the Lima River's waterfront. The delightful historic town of Viana do Castelo, renowned for its ancient monuments and extensive sandy beaches, is a mere 30 kilometres away. Basic amenities, including a minimarket, shops, and restaurants, are conveniently within a 20-minute walk.

Accommodating up to 10 individuals, the villa comprises five bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the lower floor, a double bedroom opens onto an outdoor terrace, while an adjacent shower room provides added convenience. Another bedroom on this floor features a set of bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, and a door leading to the outdoor terrace. A dedicated laundry room with a washing machine completes this level.

Ascending to the upper floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the hub connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces.
