Holiday House ON THE BEACH WITH PRIVATE POOL

THE INDEPENDENT HOUSE has a large garden and one floor, no neighbors, with supermarkets 3 minutes away, all completely private and fenced, 1.5km from the beach.

It has a good stone barbecue, heating, a large fireplace in the living room, sun loungers, a lawned garden, a games room with football, billiards, snooker, etc., and lots of silence.

There are modern flat screen TVs in every room, and new mattresses.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private and secluded pool. and 4 extra beds. Maximum 12 people and one baby.

4 bedrooms: 4 with double bed, with another 1 single bed measuring 0.95x2.00 in each.

The entire house is on the ground floor, with no interior stairs or steps.

3 bathrooms: with a shower and a very large bathtub (hot tub), and another with a normal bathtub.

Kitchen: washing machine + iron + ironing board + dishwasher + microwave + refrigerator + freezer + coffee maker. Dishes available for 12 people. Breakfast table and chairs.

Living room + dining room: chairs and armchairs for 10+2 people + fast wifi internet.

In addition to the pool, there is a covered barbecue and garden furniture (table for 13 + chairs + hats).

Private parking: there is space for 4 cars.
Pets are not allowed.

Hobbies: in addition to surfing, there are fishing spots 800 meters from the house (river) and 1.5 km from the house (sea). Other activities for children and teenagers:
