The Space:

Welcome to your ideal Costa del Sol getaway. Located in the popular Benal Beach complex in Benalmádena, this spacious and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment offers comfort, convenience, and fantastic family-friendly facilities just steps from the beach, parkland, restaurants, and shops.



The apartment is air-conditioned and comfortably sleeps families thanks to the rare 2nd bedroom (most apartments in the building are studios or 1 bedroom). It features a ground-floor terrace overlooking peaceful gardens, ideal for breakfast or evening drinks, along with a bright open-plan kitchen and lounge with Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. There are two bedrooms with good storage and a well-equipped if small kitchen, for easy self-catering. With easy access and no stairs between the reception area, pool and apartment door, the layout works particularly well for families.



Benal Beach is well known for its large pool complex with seasonal slides, multiple swimming areas, and landscaped gardens. Adults can enjoy the poolside café serving drinks and light meals or ice cream parlour in Summer. This is a lively, popular holiday complex during high season. In the building you also find the "Gimnasio Atenas" where you can use the gym or spa for extra fees. In the winter there is always one swimming pool heated and open.



Free communal parking is available on-site, although spaces are shared and not guaranteed particularly in Summer when it is very busy. Many guests choose not to hire a car, as the beach, Parque de la Paloma, Selwo Marina, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and public transport links to Málaga and Fuengirola are all within walking distance.



This apartment offers a practical and comfortable base in one of Benalmádena’s most sought-after resort-style communities, making it a great choice for both short breaks and longer family holidays.



Guest Access:

Full private use of the apartment for the duration of the booking.



Only booked, registered guests will receive passes to the pool and gardens area of the complex.



The Neighborhood:

If you are the type of person who likes exploring, there are beautiful white sandy beaches just a few short minutes’ stroll away, and a wide variety of touristic attractions including dolphin park, sealife centre and large natural park.



The complex is surrounded by amenities including hundreds of shops and restaurants, so a car is not required to stay here.



Getting Around:

Free communal parking is available on-site, although spaces are shared and not guaranteed. Many guests choose not to hire a car, as the beach, Parque de la Paloma, Selwo Marina, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and public transport links to Málaga and Fuengirola are all within walking distance. You can walk to bus routes and the train station, which is linked to the major towns on the coast as well as the airport and Málaga city itself.



Other Things to Note:

The following optional extras are available but not included in the standard price. A travel cot with soft mattress and sheets is available for €25, and a high chair for €15, or both items together for €30. These have to be ordered in advance by messaging us.



We also offer a private chauffeur service between the property and Málaga Airport for €40 each way (maximum 4 passengers). Late check-in is available even without our airport transfer service, as keys are left in a key box and you can arrive any time of the day or night, however, it is a very relaxing service to start your holiday off with!



Late check-out may be available subject to availability and is charged at 50% of the nightly rate.



Interaction with Guests:

We try to leave guests to enjoy their stay but are available to assist with any issues you may encounter.

Note that our working hours are: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. On Saturdays we are available by message 10 am to 2 pm but maintenance service is not available at the weekends (other than emergencies).
