The property offers a tranquil location, surrounded by farmland, groves, goat farms and alike but easily accessible to Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ostuni. All bedrooms have views of valley of itria , a 3.5 x 12 metre pool and an array of chilling areas in and around olive grove. The large entertaining piazella which offers a wonderful wood fired pizza oven and there is a fully fitted external kitchen as well as an internal kitchen. Villa Pettirosso combines luxurious amenities, breathtaking views & outdoor living. Set overlooking Puglia’s stunning countryside & only 10 minutes away from Ostuni, it boasts an ancient vineyard, olive grove, panoramic roof terrace and pool.
For those who visit in the slightly cooler months as well as heating, there is a log burner (with plenty of logs stored on the property) . A lovely way to spend the evening overlooking the Valley of Itria and the ancient town of Ostuni.

The Villa's location is breathtaking in a very quiet country elevated location yet only 10 minutes from Ostuni or Cisternino.

What makes this property unique

The interior design, the pool is long enough to get some lengths in (11.4 x 3.5) and the awesome view of the countryside and Ostuni in the distance.

NOTE : Currently a. new internal kitchen is being built which will be available for this seasons bookings. Guests love the outdoor kitchen but this is a backup should the weather change (albeit briefly) during the summer months. A further addition is a log burner for use during slightly cooler periods . This is a lovely addition transforming the glass enclosed veranda into a snug and cosy place to enjoy in the evenings
