Right behind the property lies the Northam Burrows Country Park Nature Reserve, a part of the UK's first UNESCO Biosphere; a haven for walkers and nature enthusiasts offering a diverse array of wildlife, flora, fauna, and birds. A brief stroll takes you to the heart of Westward Ho!, where an assortment of excellent restaurants, cozy cafes, and unique shops await, easily within reach. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this is your base for crafting cherished memories.
Accommodation
Entrance: Property accessed by private entrance and one step up to front door.
Living room/ Kitchen: Open plan kitchen/living room with breakfast bar. Modern fitted kitchen with AEG double fan oven, 4 ring AEG induction hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, a variety of pans and utensils, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area comprises of a large corner sofa, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table, 60” 4k Smart TV with basic Sky package and a woodburner. Bifold doors with electric blinds open out onto the south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline, pebbleridge & burrows and surrounding countryside.
Dining room: Spacious dining room with dining table and chairs for 6.
Downstairs bedroom with ensuite: Kingsize bed with bedsides, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
Double bedroom (first floor): Double bed with besides, a chest of drawers & built in wardrobe. Stunning views of the sea and over Northam Burrows
Twin room (first floor): Twin beds, bedsides & a small chest of drawers
Bathroom : Walk in shower with rainfall showerhead, bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Garden: Decked patio off kitchen/living area with garden furniture, providing impressive views over the Northam Burrows Country Park Nature Reserve.
Parking: Driveway private parking for 2 cars.
Pets: 2 pets (additional charges apply £30 per pet per stay)
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Central heating. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Patio furniture. Short breaks available on Mon- Fri, Fri – Mon basis. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday. Please note: There is an adjacent single bedroom annex to this property.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
