Layout
Entrance and mezzanine level
Upon crossing the threshold, youll find yourself on the mezzanine level, welcomed by a meticulously designed kitchen and a dining tableau set for 12 discerning guests. The fully stacked kitchen boasts ample storage, ensuring an effortlessly self-catered holiday experience that resonates with the comforts of home. Enhancing the allure, floor-to-ceiling glass doors gracefully unfold to reveal an additional dining tablea, graciously accommodating 12 guests, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen, also, has a separate outdoor seating area with a marble bench and coffee tables, where you can enjoy your coffee & breakfast.
Ground floor
Descending a staircase from the kitchen, the high-ceilinged living room unfolds, adorned with four plush sofas, a state-of-the-art 65 HDTV with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, and a fireplace. Overlooking the pool area, the living room becomes an ethereal haven accessible through seamless floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which also reveal breathtaking sea views. Experience seamless indoor and outdoor living with a connection between the living room and the outdoor sitting area.
Lower floor
The lower floor of Villa Saint John is an area designed for recreation, exercise and amazing family moments! Divided into several different areas the lower floor offers a dedicated playroom offers a sofa, 73 HDTV with Netflix, PS4, and board games. In this area you will also enjoy a pool table, and a well-appointed bar. On this level there is also a shared WC. Ascending a few steps from the playroom, on the left side of a corridor you will find the area of the gym facility and spa area. The gym is well-equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, dumbbells, yoga mats and blocks. Next to the gym is located the sauna that can easily host up to 8 guests, and a full bathroom, as well as a massage room. Following the corridor, you will also find a utility room with washer and dryer.
Also four bedrooms are available on this level, each one offering two single beds (0.90x2.00) easily convertible into a queen-size bed upon request and its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and double sinks. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe along with a vanity and a 43" HDTV. Three of the bedrooms offer direct access to balconies with seating areas, while the last one has windows looking at the poolside.
First Floor
From the kitchen, the staircase ascends to the upper level, where the last two bedrooms are located. Both master bedrooms are very spacious, each one featuring a queen bedroom (1,80 X 2,00), easily converted to two single beds, a wardrobe along with a vanity and a 43" HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, a glass shower stall and double sinks. One of the bedrooms, provides direct access to a spacious private balcony, featuring a seating area and a hot tub, overlooking the bbq area and seaview, while the other one offers direct access to a private balcony overlooking the side of the pool and seaview.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Saint John covers 1,900 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, L-shaped, 136 sq.m. ecological salt water swimming pool, (0,70 - 1,40 m deep) with step access. This pool uses salt water electrolysis and can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The poolside is thoughtfully furnished with 12 sun beds, accompanying side tables, a convenient shower, and two large umbrellas.
- Two meticulously designed seating areas, each featuring a double sofa and a tasteful coffee table.
- BBQ facilities complete with a circular charcoal grill and an outdoor sink, so you can prepare your meals at ease.
- An outdoor WC for added convenience
- Vast expanses of manicured lawns provide an idyllic setting for childrens play
- A dedicated yoga studio for wellness enthusiasts.
- A ping pong table.
- Ample parking space for multiple cars within the villa premises, supplemented by a closed garage accommodating 2 cars, conveniently leading to the gym area. 2 EV chargers are also available at the garage.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
