Well-kept cottage on a large, secluded plot with good lodging opportunities, near the beach and beautiful dune area, where you can experience a lot of wildlife. The house is well furnished with 3 good rooms, where there is a loft above one room. The double bed is a 3/4 bed. Large bathroom with whirlpool, sauna heated tiled floor, washer and dryer. Open kitchen to large living room with access to the terrace. There is sandbox and swings.
