Holiday home, renovated in 2019, with activities for the whole family located approx. 1500 meters from Ferring Lake and approx. 3000 meters from one of the North Sea's best bathing beaches with good toilet conditions, shelters / barbecue area and ideal for water sports. The area is also handicap accessible. The cottage offers activities with many hours of entertainment for the whole family with billiards / pool, table tennis, table football, air hockey and electronic darts. There is an open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood and dishwasher. The living room has comfortable furniture, flat screen TV and Chromecast, so you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is a high chair for the little ones. There are three large bedrooms and a bathroom with bathroom and shower. The house also has a washer as well as dryer. Open terrace with good garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
