Fabulous home!

Absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. Three floors of space and amenities. Definitely an A experience! Carroll was terrific to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Christmas Trip

Breckenridge was fun! The house was perfect for our family, clean, great location, beautiful views, and very responsive house host. Breckenridge offered great skiing, lots of good restaurants and great shopping. We will be back!

Great experience. Property manger was very responsive to questions. Location makes it easy to access both Breck and Frisco. Great hiking nearby. Kitchen is well stocked. Great stay overall.

Breckenridge Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was close to everything in Breckenridge being only a few minutes' drive away. While there was only two of us for this trip, we plan to rent this house in the future for a larger group. The floor plan would allow for privacy and 'quiet time' space for multi-generational groups. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

More than beautiful!

The house was as beautiful as the pictures and more. It’s location for us was perfect. Carroll was a great host making sure we were welcome and had everything we needed! We would definitely come back and stay again!

This is a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood, about 10 minutes from downtown Breckinridge. The open dining room/living room/kitchen area is warm and inviting. There is green to be seen through any window. The kitchen is well equipped and functional.Four of us (all adults) stayed in 3 bedrooms. The house is only 2000 sq feet or so, so the auxiliary bedrooms are small. The beds are comfortable, but the paucity of bedroom furniture means that you are essentially living out of your suitcase while there.There were 3 coffee machines on the kitchen counter. None of them worked. We notified the agent as soon as we discovered this, and, major props for her, that same day she brought over a brand new coffee maker that worked fine.This was our 3rd VRBO in the last 6 months in this price range. In our previous two, the laundry room had plenty of detergent, and the bathrooms had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer. We asked the agent why there was so little laundry detergent, and were told there is just enough for us to wash the towels on our departure day. We were there for 6 nights, hiking most days, and clearly required a washing machine as the sweaty clothes accumulated. My bathroom had half full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, sufficient body wash for one shower, and no moisturizer. The nickel and diming here, at a VRBO costing close to 400/night, was unexpected and unwelcome.More to say but out of allotted space.

Mikery, We are happy to hear that you found our home to be lovely and inviting. There are a few inaccuracies from this review, however, that need to be corrected. First of all, there are two coffee makers at the house, not three. One traditional drip and one Keurig. The Keurig works great. The drip maker had a problem with the basket when you arrived and I addressed that, as you stated. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all extra large sized bottles (28 oz). They may not have been completely full, but had ample product for your group and length of stay. Most lodging companies only supply small travel size bottles, we certainly had more available to you than a small bottle. We do leave laundry soap at the house for your use. We do not, however, leave enough for multiple loads of clothing for four people. We do not advertise laundry soap on our listing, we are not skimping here. You also told me there was no dishwasher detergent at the house so I showed you the bottle in the cabinet. You said you only used pods, not liquid. The nightly rate for your stay was $330, not $400. That’s quite a difference. Thank you for taking great care of our property during your stay.

Fall in Breckinridge

This was a lovely condo near hiking to see the beautiful fall Aspens around Breckinridge. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the deck! Everything was very well organized and it was very easy to communicate with the hostess.

Breckenridge Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to spend with our family. Location was perfect for shopping and eating in Breckenridge. Also great place for hiking and fishing. The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, quiet , with a great deck.

Great stay on Breck.

Great location, just a short distance from both Breck and Frisco. House was clean, spacious and had a nice deck to sit out on. Nice to be able to have use of the garage. Kitchen was well equiped (unlike many places we have stayed). Great place to stay.
