Welcome to Discovery Barn - a 2 bedroom barn conversion located on a fruit farm surrounded by apple trees. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it has everything you need for an outstanding stay drenched in nature with the River Avon only a short stroll away too.

As you walk through the front door, you are immediately in the open plan kitchen/living room. Here is a large island, dining table for 4 and a refurbished kitchen fully kitted out with Smeg and Bosch appliances to make your stay effortless. Off here is the utility room, complete with washer and dryer too.

Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Double offering stunning views over the Apple Orchard behind the barn. Both served by the family bathroom, complete with bath and upright shower.

Outside is a private paved patio with garden furniture and BBQ for those special evening sunsets.

We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
