Step inside & be greeted by a thoughtfully designed space that maximises both style & functionality. The open-plan layout features a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy seating area with access to terrace.

Relax and unwind after a day of exploring as you catch up on your favourite shows on the TV.

This stylish apartment offers a range of amenities for your comfort and convenience. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy a cool and comfortable environment with air conditioning throughout.

Living Spaces| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests.

SOFA-BED available in the living area.

Kitchen Space| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite while to other is in a operate room.

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, one have a double bed with an ensuite, while the other includes 2 single beds.

Mattress are of very high quality. For over and above 2 people, a sofa bed will be provided with linens and towels just like a normal bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates we love a good night sleep, due to this we only provide the best of linens to our guests, with also 2 sets of towels given per person.

Internet| Strong, fast and reliable.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
