We would also be very happy to welcome you on our Flying Sailship - our sailing yacht. We organise daily cruises to some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. We started this business in 2017 in order to complete our guests' total experience here in Halkidiki. You can spend as a group a day on board, swimming at crystal clear waters and private small bays; you will sail to secluded beaches and extraordinary spots that are not accessible by car. During the day you will swim, exercise and “play” with the Stand-up Paddle, do some snorkeling and also just relax under the sun. We are always available for more information to help you arrange your next sailing trip for you and your friends.

Alterra Vita Captain’s Cabin is the definition of a summer retreat. It is 60 sq. m. and built in a very interesting way, with one bedroom for two on the top floor with ensuite bathroom, a second semi-enclosed bedroom on a loft over the living room and a sofa bed on the living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room. There are also two separate patios one right in front of the house with sitting benches built of stone and a pergola for shade where one can enjoy the awesome view of the sea and the magical sunset and another on the side of the house also shaded by a pergola which offers a more private relaxing spot with BBQ facilites.
The house is part of a complex of 5 houses on a large property with a massive olive tree in the middle of the shared garden. There is parking space for up to two cars.

Location: Tripotamos Beach (3 km outside of Neos Marmaras). The house is the corner house of a complex of 5 independent houses. The complex is located in front of the sea, just 3 km from the cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras village and close to some of the nicest beaches in Halkidiki. It has direct access to a rocky beach, and there is free private parking for up to two cars.
