Stunning and exclusive property located in the heart of Deia and only a few steps away from the center of the village, this house has everything you need to spend a dream vacation in the Tramuntana area.
With its unique style, this property has been recently refurbished with an indisputable taste. Mallorcan features such as local woods and range of stones have been specially selected in a way that you truly feel the essence of Deia.
This 300 year old stone house is divided in two floors, as soon as you enter the property, you will find the the living area with some beautifully laid sofas with an inviting fireplace, fat TV screen, books and also Wifi throughout the whole property.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for friends and family and there is a large table to enjoy meals inside.
Ca'n Andressa offers offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.
There is one bedrooms and one guest bathroom on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor as well as an additional shares bathroom and the master bedroom with it's incredible en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a sink and toilet.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is an additional sitting room with the perfect lighting for a quiet read or those wishing to show their musical talent by playing the piano.
The outdoor area is a perfectly laid oasis, with its 4m x 8m salt water swimming pool, sun loungers and a very popular outdoor kitchen with a wood burning barbecue, sink and fridge where one can spend long summer evenings preparing the best meals, having drinks and enjoying you time outside. Unforgettable memories with your loved ones are guaranteed.
The large outdoor table gives plenty of space for all guests and it's the ideal spot for sitting down, relax and enjoying the while the golden hour colours.

- Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
- Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 100€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
