Located on the first floor without lift in the heart of Trastevere, this nice and cozy apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has just been renovated so it is in excellent condition and combines a modern design with period elements such as the beamed ceiling. It consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette and a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a delightful secluded terrace equipped for al fresco dining. The location is enviable, in the heart of the characteristic Trastevere district, a few steps from Santa Maria in Trastevere. A few meters away are the lively Piazza Trilussa with its numerous bars and restaurants and Piazza San Cosimato where the local market is located. Crossing Ponte Sisto in a few minutes you can reach the historic center on foot. Following the Tiber River for 15 minutes you arrive at the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. However, there are several bus and tram stops nearby.

Tastevere is the ideal place to stay in Rome. Walkable to all the sites and easy to access public transport. The apartment was great for what we needed for a city break.

Lovely Stay

Our flight got in late (1AM) into FCL, but the hosts of this property were so accommodating and waited up for us to check in. This apartment has such a great location right in the center of Trastevere, but also felt very safe for our group. Would totally recommend this space!

The neighborhood is fun. The property itself offered much better space for a family of four than a hotel room would have, with a small outdoor space to eat breakfast outside or dry clothes. The air conditioner works very well. The bathroom works well, very good water pressure and drainage.

Convenient location in a very energetic area. Many shops, restaurants and lots of nightlife very close. Comfortable bed, largest shower we had in all of Europe.Drawback: we love coffee but the electric water kettle didn’t work and there were no pods supplied for the coffee maker. There was an old stovetop Moka espresso maker, but it didn’t have a handle. Solution: we went down the block for cappuccinos

Great location, functional appartment

Great location surrounded by restaurant, bars and great gelaterias. Good and functional spaces with parts of the apartment sharming. A bit worn down and some refurbishments would be nice. Better cookingware and cuttlery would improve the experience. Neither bed or sofa comfortable to sleep in. Nice and easy process for check-in/check-out. Beds were made and nice towels etc

Cozy spot for 2 in bustling Trastevere

Cute and comfortable spot for 2 in the heart of Trastevere. The apartment could use a refresh like new toilet seat and updated bed frame but all in all the apartment looked as presented. You could maybe fit 2 adults and 2 kids in the apartment but 4 adults would be too cramped. The apartment wasn’t cleaned by the time of our arrival so the cleaning fee was waived which was an acceptable solution for us. I would recommend this spot to someone looking for a convenient spot accessible to all the sights in Rome

Location Fantastic!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was just outside of the heavy city feeling of Rome with a comfortable pedestrian neighborhood feel. The area was very active in the evenings but wasn’t overwhelming. The property was just okay. We were very happy to have the outside patio which helped make up for what was lacking inside. The kitchen was very small and dark with hard to use appliances. Luckily we had no plans to do actual cooking because that would have been almost impossible. The main bed was comfortable however the pull out couch was extremely loud and creaky making for an uncomfortable sleep.

Vi boede midt i festkvarteret, men der var stille og roligt i lejligheden. Vi nød den lille terresse. Lejligheden blev udbudt via et bureau, som man kunne få fat i hele dagen. Vi ville f.eks gerne have hvert vores lagen. Det kom dagen efter. Kontaktpersonen var yderst hjælpsom med wi-fi installering og andet udstyr. Rigtig god hjælp, da jeg havde glemt min telefon efter udcheckning.
