In our seafront facilities the sound of the waves comes in and the view is lost in the crystal-clear colours of the bay and its sunsets.
Direct access to the beach from the property is the pass for an experience that goes beyond a holiday and day after day becomes well-being, harmony, balance, peace. Intense scent of Mediterranean scrub, sun and sea. Balm for the body, cure for the soul. A therapy whose effects last well beyond your stay.
This magical strip of land and sea is just a five-minute drive from the town centre, the golf course, the marina - which also offers bike, moped and dinghy hire services - and is a short distance from the other beautiful beaches of Villasimius.

Waking up is awe and wonder, a caress that starts with the sight of an unimaginable panorama, fills the eyes and goes straight to the heart. You are already at the sea because from our holiday home the access to the beach of Cala Caterina is direct. Just a few steps are enough to skim the water. No cars, no traffic, no confusion. Just relaxation and serenity. The rest, after a day spent in our facility, is joy.

You are master of your time. When you return from the beach, you can take a comfortable, panoramic shower, located outside among the Mediterranean scrub. And when it's evening, from the veranda and the sea-facing terraces of the one-room apartment you can admire the breathtaking view, the wonder of the sunset, the beauty of the moon, the light of the stars. It is a dream to dine on the veranda facing the sea, but it is also pure magic to enjoy the moment of breakfast, at the crack of dawn, when the sun not yet high warms the heart of the beholder.

It feels like being suspended between space and time, enveloped in a cloud of sweetness. The fairytale atmosphere is also breathed inside the building. With one detail not to be overlooked: our house is just a five-minute drive from the town centre, the golf course, the marina - which, in addition to restaurant services, also offers bike, moped, boat and dinghy rental services - and is a short distance from the other beautiful and renowned beaches of Villasimius.

The holiday house is structured as follows:
A simple but refined double bedroom, a small living room with a one and a half sofa bed (ideal for a child/teenager up to 10/16 years old), an equipped kitchenette and a small toilet with shower (without window but with forced ventilation) guarantee a stay with special charm.

House equipment
12000 btu air-conditioning for cold/hot air-conditioning, orthopaedic mattress, TV, fridge with freezer, water boiler, microwave oven, fan, coffee machine, water reserve, autoclave, 1 private parking space, 1 comfortable and panoramic outdoor shower (located among the Mediterranean maquis), drying rack, small safe, 2 rocking chairs or deckchairs on the small terrace facing the sea.

- 60 min from the Elmas airport (Ca);
- 45 min drive from the centre of Cagliari;
- 120 km from the port of Arbatax;
- 270 km from the port of Porto Torres;
- 290 km from Alghero airport;
- 330 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Note: the linen rental agency imposes a compulsory weekly change;

Notes:
- the Monovano is naturally cool but it also has air conditioning;

- the Studio is overlooking the sea, just 25 m from the water, it is far from the crowds that storm Villasimius in summer, and has a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire bay and the exclusive white sandy beach of Cala Caterina.
- The veranda and habitable terraces slope gradually down towards the emerald sea and are ideal for a couple who perhaps also want to read a book and/or have an aperitif facing the sunset.
- From the one-room apartment, its veranda and terraces you can enjoy a frontal view of a wonderful sunset every evening.
-pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking;
- the tenants of the Studio (usually a couple) have an easement of sole passage on one of the 4 terraces of the Villa, but for the sole and exclusive purpose of being able to access their parking space.
- Our structures are located next to each other. Therefore the Studio can be rented individually or, in the case of many families or groups of friends, also together with our Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina and/or our Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina;
-available all year round
-For the sake of fairness, I would like to inform you that this holiday home of mine, as well as the other holiday homes on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), as well as being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow booking without commission for the traveller and directly with the owner himself) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation. Therefore. before sending a booking request it is advisable to first send an information request to check the availability of the house, and then possibly proceed with the booking through the portal.
-Only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of bed linen and towels (two towels per person: face and shower), which we rent if requested, and the tourist tax and vat, but only if due, must still be added to the rental price published on the portal.
