This unit has been professionally decorated! You'll appreciate the updated furniture, window coverings and beautiful decor. An ideal condo for one family with children--we sleep up to 6 people; it's most comfortable with up to 2 adults and 2 children (in bunks.)
This beautiful ground floor condo is a great place for your family to enjoy vacationing right ON THE BEACH - you can just step out your door and there it is! Coral Reef Club is one of Destin's best kept secrets. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, next to the Henderson Park Inn, it's a low-density, family-friendly resort (only 3 stories which means fewer people on the beach!)

LIVING AREA
In our main living area we have two sliding glass doors with draperies framing AMAZING beach views. This area is thoughtfully decorated for beach-side living with plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa and two comfortable recliners. You'll want to gather here to enjoy the view or perhaps catch a evening movie on TV. It's open to the kitchen and dining area making it a great spot to relax while on vacation.

PATIO
The patio is likely where you'll spend a fair amount of time, perhaps to enjoy your morning coffee, have an evening cocktail or just lounge all day watching the dolphins frolic in the water. And being on the ground floor - you can just step out your door to enjoy the private beach whenever you please! The shared charcoal grills are just steps away too - makes it oh-so-easy to prepare meals and still be part of the fun at the beach. Because the building faces directly south, you can easily see the beautiful sunrise to the east and breathtaking sunsets to the west.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and DINING AREA
Even if you don't like to cook, you'll discover your inner Emeril Lagasse or Julia Child in our open kitchen featuring beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We, of course, have equipped the kitchen with all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender, ample plates, glasses, cookware and kitchen utensils. You'll also find a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, as well as a regular drip model.
There are four chairs at the new round dining table, and 3 additional stools at the kitchen bar.

KING MASTER WITH ATTACHED BATH
The Master suite has a King size bed with beautiful quilt, Egyptian cotton sheets, nightstands, reading lamps, dresser, and flat screen TV. The attached bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink, and a shared Jack-and-Jill style shower room with a tub/shower combination unit. The washer and dryer are conveniently located here too. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

BUNK AREA
For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway with comfy quilts and super-soft cotton sheets. They'll love being tucked into this cozy space! There is a door in the hallway so you can put the children to bed and not disturb them while you are still enjoying the living area and kitchen.

HALF BATH
There is a half bath accessible from the hallway with a commode and a sink which is attached Jack-and-Jill style to the tub/shower room adjacent to the master bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

OTHER FEATURES INCLUDED
You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. For our smallest guests, we have a porta-crib and a high chair. And of course, it goes without saying; you will love the white sand Destin beach that is just outside your door! Also, for your convenience, we have a washer and dryer, and an iron and full-size ironing boards. And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide high-speed internet and FREE WIFI.

🏡 House Rules for Coral Reef Club Condo
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 6 guests. Most comfortable for 2–4 adults and 2 children.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the patio, or around building entrances.
Pets: No pets allowed per Coral Reef Club policy.
Parking: Free parking available. Park only in designated spaces. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles.
Beach Access: Use included beach service setup (2 chairs & 1 umbrella). Personal chairs/gear must not block walkways.
Pool Use: Follow all posted pool rules. No glass containers near pool areas.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathroom before checkout.
Grilling: Use designated charcoal grill area only. Clean up after use.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outside bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off lights, TVs, appliances, close patio doors, and securely lock the unit when leaving.
