magnificent Table Mountain. Sleeping 6, this self-catering unit
includes all the necessary features for a delightfully private holiday
close to the ocean.
Step into a spacious air-conditioned apartment stylishly furnished with
an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The pristine kitchen with
smooth granite surfaces is fully equipped, with a washing machine,
fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6, while the
lounge includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, DSTV and stereo system.
The apartment has been equipped with an inverter system, to ensure
uninterrupted electricity. The main living area effortlessly flows to
the balcony that boasts seating for 6, a weber braai, and stunning
ocean and mountain views.
The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a
shower, and balcony access with incredible ocean views. The second
bedroom has a double bed while the third has two single beds, accessing
a separate bathroom with a shower.
Dolphin Beach H106 is close to several top-quality restaurants
including Tiger's Milk, Pakalola, Ocean Basket, Catch 22, News Cafe and
Primi Piatti. Alternatively, guests can explore the charming towns and
amazing nature reserves of the West Coast or the exciting City Centre a
short drive away.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
