Experience an exceptional vacation in one of Cape Town’s most vibrant
lifestyle estates - Century City. This two-bedroom self-catering
apartment is trendy and is ideally located for guests to enjoy the
attractions and lovely natural settings of the Mother City. Manhattan
1003 has a contemporary setting and is the perfect temporary home for
holidaymakers or business travellers wanting to stay close to the
business hub of Century City and the excitement of the City Centre.
The kitchen is open planned and fully equipped with all the modern
appliances needed to whip up a delicious meal. Guests can enjoy family
time in the comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV, dine by the
lovely dining table or enjoy sundowners on the balcony while enjoying
the beautiful view of Table Mountain in the distance. The main bedroom
has a queen-size bed, and the second has 2 single beds. The shared
bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet and his & hers basins.
Other amenities in this apartment complex include free WiFi, 24-hour
reception, an on-site restaurant, and a covered entertainment area on
the rooftop where you can enjoy the communal braai and lounge.
Manhattan Suites is secure and the perfect place for both relaxation
and excitement. Canal Walk Shopping Centre is only a short walk away,
along with an array of restaurants and the exquisite Intaka Island. The
nearest beach is only a 10-minute drive away, while Cape Town’s City
Centre is easily accessible from the N1 highway or by using the MyCiTi
bus route, considered a safe and cost-effective way to travel from one
place to the next while also presenting an opportunity to meet friendly
locals along the way.
Please note that the use of the communal jacuzzi is subject to availability and requires a refundable deposit of R500, which will be returned after an inspection. Reservations for the communal jacuzzi must be made on the day of check-in.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
