LARGE MODERN VILLA WITH HEATABLE INFINITY POOL AND 7 BEDROOMS

La Gaviota is a truly stunning modern villa built to the highest standards.

This large and luxurious villa boasts a total of 7 bedrooms along with a bright, spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining space which opens to the outside south facing heatable infinity swimming pool, sun deck and garden. All rooms have air conditioning and the internal speakers allow guests to enjoy their favourite music throughout the inside of the villa.

Outside guests can enjoy the large 12m x 8m heatable infinity pool with jacuzzi. (Additional cost for swimming pool heating, please enquire re cost)


THE SPACE
Aside from the 12m x 8m heatable infinity pool with jacuzzi there is a spacious sun deck and outdoor shower. Part of the swimming pool is a sectioned of shallow children's pool, perfect for the little ones. (Additional cost for swimming pool heating, please enquire re cost)

The outside kitchen space and two outside seating areas provide excellent spaces for relaxing and enjoying a meal alfresco whereas the large flat lawn is the perfect place to relax or enjoy games with the family.

There is a private basketball area with basketball hoop as well as a firepit.

The driveway can accommodate 8+ cars and is accessed via a private electric gate.

If you are travelling with little ones we have everything you need available at the villa including toys, travel cots and high chairs.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Downstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and the other has use of the family bathroom next to the bedroom.

Upstairs there are two suites. Each suite consists of a primary bedroom, ensuite and secondary bedroom with bunk beds. These spaces are ideal for families travelling together with children. Both suites have large roof terraces with distant sea view and are stunning places to watch the sunrise.


HOUSE RULES
Drones can not be used in the villa or in the grounds as it is illegal to use a drone in Spain.

It is also illegal to use fireworks in Spain so they can not be used in the grounds of the villa.

Noise outside after 10pm to be kept to a minimum (no music etc)

Swimming pool: is available to be used between 8am and 10pm

No stag / hen parties

Out of respect to our neighbours we do not allow guests to setup speakers, music systems etc including DJs. All external speakers have been disconnected at the request of our neighbours.


LOCATION
La Gaviota is located on a beautiful road in El Pilar a short drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona.

A truly amazing location, a couple of minutes walk to highly reviewed restaurants, cafes and bars. At the end of the road is also a supermarket which is great for the essentials along with a fantastic restaurant and bakery. The butchers, pharmacy and many other great eateries and bars are only a short stroll away.
