Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Apreciada Elena, Gracias por tu valoración positiva y por compartir tu experiencia. Sentimos que no hayas encontrado estropajos ni bayetas en el apartamento. Normalmente deberías haber encontrado un set de cortesía para los primeros días con bayeta, estropajo y jabón, lo sentimos si no ha sido así y revisaremos que ha ocurrido para que no vuelva a pasar. Al ser un alojamiento turístico para el resto de la estancia los suministros deben ser adquiridos por el huésped. Tomamos nota de tu comentario para mejorar este aspecto.
