Other things to note
There is limited free on street parking, but this can’t be pre-booked. There is also nearby secure parking, for only £8.50 for 24 hours.

When booking for 2 guests only but extra bedding is required for the sofa bed there will be an extra charge of £30.

Very nicely presented and lovely shower. Kitchen was well equipped- maybe a suggestion of a Pyrex Jug.steps down to the entrance were quite steep but managed them slowly with the railing. Had a great stay !

Our stay in Bournemouth was to visit family.It suited us just fine, close to shops and beach all within walking distance.Buses also close by. The flat was a basement flat but still had plenty of light and even has as small courtyard.It was also nice to have a separate lounge and bedroom.Mo was great to deal with and we had good stay.

Excellent self catering apartment

Property was extremely clean & tidy on arrival. Well proportioned with everything provided that you could possibly need for short stay, location was great for seafront, shopping & plenty of restaurants close by. good communication by owner checking that everything was ok shortly after arrival. Would highly recommend.

Although we are located right in the town centre, you wouldn’t know it given the quiet and peaceful ambience of the property that is tucked away. The property is also incredibly spacious and recently refurbished.
