Wonderful apartment in convenient location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano. The apartment was easy to access from a parking area and near the heart of town. Our host, Elias, was so helpful in helping us get to the apartment and sharing his recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was very clean and well supplied to meet all our needs. We would love to return one day.

Great location for exploring Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside.

Elias met us at the Parking lot and helped us get settled into the apt. He had good recommendations for restaurants and wine tastings. Montepulciano is the perfect place to stay and appreciate Tuscany. The town is small enough to explore in one day but has enough to offer to keep you busy for several days. Beautiful panoramic views, sunrises and sunsets. Nice kitchen and a store nearby so we could fix coffee and some meals at the apt. and save $$.

A wonderful place to stay a few minutes from Piazza Grande.

The apartment was just as described. It is so close to the main square which is absolutely wonderful. It is a very nice one bedroom, good size bathroom, kitchen and kitchen table with a small sitting area. There is a nice desk close to the entry. It is up a short flight of stairs with private entrance. It was very clean, quiet and light with a wide window and view. Extremely close by are many wonderful restaurants, wine bars and shops. The owner was very helpful and always available, if needed. If you want to really feel the life of living in Montepulciano this is the place. We were able to walk everywhere. You can also get the city shuttle very close to the apartment. Ciao

Like Having Your Own Home - Best Possible Location

Elias, the owner, greeted us at the parking lot outside the city walls. He helped us load our luggage into his car, drove us to apartment and then willingly listened to our interests and provided suggestions on what to see and do. Elias is a very gracious host and wants to make you comfortable in his home and city. We loved the apartment, an easy walk up one flight of stairs. Comfortable bed always appreciated at the end of a long day of walking. We cooked there some nights but also took Elias' recommendation to eat at a place where "locals" eat, the mother makes the pasta by hand in the kitchen. It was great. We loved the town walking up and down the streets and alleys, spending time sitting in Piazza Grande, going in and out of churches and shops. The Tuscan view is absolutely breathtaking, almost unbelievable from many places in Montepulciano. We went to de'Ricci Wine Cellar and we highly recommend it. The cellar is amazing and the hostess was most gracious explaining the wine and letting us taste it. The wine is magnificent. Took a day trip to Sienna which was nice. We got lost, but the scenery was so very beautiful we didn't mind at all. We very much appreciate the time Elias took to tell us about Montepulciano and the surrounding area and all the suggestions he made of things to do and see. The apartment is a well executed and appropriate renovation in an historic building. He and his father were working on renovating two other apartments in the building at the time we were there and my husband, a retired architect, was so pleased to have the opportunity see the quality of their work and how sensitive they were to restoring an ancient building. Montepulciano was truly the highlight of our trip! We can't wait to go back. Nancy & Jay, Saratoga Springs, NY USA

Great location, friendly and helpful owner.

Central location, charming medevil village, kitchen well equipped. Would have enjoyed comfortable furniture for relaxing. Bed was little worn. Overall, great place. Host was awesome!

Elias's apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. It is conveniently close to the sights and shops of Montepulciano. Elias was very helpful to us. There is a an excellent restaurant, Osteria del Conte, very close to Elias's property.

Perfection in the heart of Montepulciano!

I was fortunate enough to stay in Elias' apartment (12.5.2018 - 19.5.2018) while in Tuscany on a cycling vacation and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is steps from the Piazza Grande on a quiet and peaceful side street. The apartment was very, very clean, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with sitting area and hallway with desk. The kitchen is stocked with glassware and utensils and, most importantly, a wine opener. It is the perfect place for a person or a couple. Elias is a wonderful host! He met me at the apartment with cantucci and homemade limoncello, which was just what I needed after a long trek to Italy. I am looking forward to my next trip to Italy and will certainly call on Elias to rent this apartment again! Ciao!

Tutto perfetto! :)

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento il week end di Pasqua. La posizione è ottima e centrale, a piedi puoi raggiungere ogni angolo di Montepulciano, l’appartamento super fornito e pulitissimo, ma la cosa che ha reso tutto davvero perfetto è stata la gentilezza del proprietario Elias! Ha saputo indicarci i posti migliori in cui mangiare o comprare vino e ci ha viziati per tutto il tempo del nostro pernottamento. Le stelle massimo sono 5 ma se avessimo potuto avremmo dato anche di più perchè la disponibilità e la cordialità di Elias ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati e hanno fatto la differenza! Grazie mille! Consigliamo il posto e...speriamo di tornarci presto anche noi! Giulia&Francesco

exceptionally beautiful trip!

I will try my best to describe my trip though it’s much beyond words. The host Elias was very nice and he prepared all you need in the accommodation during your stay and welcoming us with very warm hospitality. The house I stayed is more nostalgic in style than modern. Despite the house is old, it’s extremely clean and neat, also well decorated by the host, it makes me feel very relaxing from tension of urban life. Nevertheless, Elias provides the best recommendations according to your needs, e.g. dining, wine tasting, small town visiting..... All in all, I couldn’t find any better in montepulciano ;) 我會盡我所能來形容我的旅程，儘管這是無法言表。 民宿主人Elias非常親切，他早已準備我們在住宿期間的住宿所需的一切，並熱情款待歡迎我們。 我住的房，充滿鄉村風懷，不是現代化房屋，正合我心。儘管如此，鄉村情懷正讓我從都市生活的緊張感放鬆過來。 此外，Elias會根據你的需求，提供最好的建議，例如吃飯，品酒之旅，短遊周邊小鎮..... 總之，我在montepulciano找不到更好的 ;）

Perfection !!!

The location within the walled city of Montepulciano is ideal, as was the owner's care in setting it up for us. The owner was always available by emails and texts, was very friendly and accommodating with us, also for location informations. This apartment is a spacious, ambiance-laden and amazing place to stay. We definitely would love to visit again!

Great Apartment

We had a great stay in this apartment. Elias was incredibly welcoming and willing to be flexible with some of our check-in and check-out changes last minute. He was very responsive to any questions. The apartment was a good location, clean and had all the amenities you need. It was very easy to get to from the P7 parking lot. We slept with the window open and it was a little noisy at night and in the morning, but I think this could have been solved had we closed the window and used the fan instead. Would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Montepulciano and get a little taste of Tuscany.

Wonderful

We just love Montelpulciano and Elias's apartment was fantastic. Great location and comfortable. Elias was so kind, easy to communicate with. He met us at the parking lot and assisted with our luggage. Showed us everything about the apartment and checked in with us several times. When we locked ourselves out of the apartment he came to our rescue. We would stay again!!

Comfortable stay with perfect location

We are so glad to chose this place to stay while we visited Montepulciano. It's just as beautiful as the view around! I love the style of the apartment, and the location is so perfect, it's 1 min to the Main Street but it's quite at night. Very convient to restaurants and all kinds of nice shops. Especially there's a nice burger place, tasty and good price :) The surroundings also so lovely, even just take a walk is already very nice. The owner Elias is a very cool man, whenever you needs advise and help, he'll be there. Already recommend this apartment to other friends :)

Very clean and host has an eye for detail

Very beautiful place. Seems the interior design matches the vibe of the city. Loved the friendly host for all the inside tips, loved the tips for the wine cellar and the gorgeous e-bike tour. Definitely not my last stay in this apartment. Highly recommended.

Bags of charm and great location

The Little Arch of Memory was just right for us - light and airy with good cooking facilities and a comfortable bed. Located close to the Piazza Grande, it was a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful area.

Amazing apartment conveniently Located

My Wife and I spent 5 nights at Elias wonderful apartment as our base for Exploring Tuscany, the surrounding hill towns and Montepulciano. Elias was a wonderful host offering great suggestions and was always available. The flat is centrally located and a convenient short walk to all major attractions, shopping and dining. Lovely apartment in the heart of Montepulciano

This property came highly recommended and it is easy to see why. Located in the heart of Montepulciano within easy reach of many wonderful restaurants and bars. The owner Elias could not have been more helpful. He was born in the town and is extremely knowledgeable about the town and Tuscany. He helped us plan our itinerary, and got us best tables at restaurants

Wohnung toll (sauber, gemütlich, ordentlich) Lage toll Vermieter sehr bemüht und freundlich, hat uns persönlich empfangen und beim Gepäcktransport geholfen Küchenausstattung dürftig (kein Toaster, schlechte, veraltete Töpfe und keine richtiges großes Schneidebrett)
