Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located one bedroom flat with king size bed, luxurious Simba matress and 100% cotton bed linen. The apartment has recently been renovated with new luxury kitchen, shower room with underfloor heating and painted throughout with Farrow and Ball paints. The flat is situated along a quiet road on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a small residential block. Superb transport links are nearby with Oval and Stockwell tube stations within walking distance and numerous bus routes are close by. There are pubs, cafes and shops close by and Brixton, Clapham and Little Portugal are all within walking distance. London's main tourist attractions are within 30 mins of the flat.

Cozy stay just outside London centre

We had a 11 night stay at David’s flat. Everything was amazing and it felt extremely homely and comfortable for us! David had amazing communication pre and during the stay! We would highly recommend for others who don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the centre, there are 2 very good underground lines running within 10/15 by foot!

Excellent

This flat was great for us. Plenty of space everything worked well. We were very happy to walk a bit to the tube but to be honest there were also plenty of buses if you didn’t want to walk.

Perfect flat in a quiet area

We were in London for nine days so we decided to rent a flat. We found David's and went for it because of the price (let's be honest here) even if there were no reviews when we booked. What a perfect choice we made!! David is a great host, very quick to reply, making sure that our needs and requests were met. The flat is well located in a quiet area. Buses and tubes are at walking distance to get to downtown London within 30 minutes. There are plenty of local diversified restaurants in the neighbourhood and grocery stores as well. The flat was very clean, the bed was comfy, and we had everything we need in terms of ameneties. The photos totally reflect the reality of the place. It's exactly as shown. Reminder: the flat is on the third floor without an elevator. You have three flights of stairs to climb. Keep that in mind if you have any mobilty issues. We definitely recommend!!

Compact, comfortable and, a little coy

We stayed at this property as a continuation of our habit of staying in apartments all over London. This property rates very well by comparison. We said hello to the neighbours and learnt a little about the neighbourhood, and enjoyed lots of healthy walking (well served by buses and Oval and Stockwell Underground Stations, although Stockwell was more useful to us. With Oval, remember to change at Kensington). Comfortable? Yes we were; everything we needed was to hand. Coy? The flat is more up to date than it seems, e.g. underfloor bathroom heating, an induction cooktop, decent wifi and so on. I can thoroughly recommend this apartment to prospective occupants.
