This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 4 up to 5 people (3 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and includes a TV, a desk, and a bathroom. No kitchenette. This property comes with a well-sized balcony (inland/no view).
Additional information:
1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards.

4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights ab or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
