Ideal second floor holiday apartment in the heart of Mellieha

This apartment consists of an air-conditioned main bedroom and another airconditioned double room (2 single beds), a shower room, a living and dining room, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. This is a 2nd floor apartment, having access to the roof.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Mellieha, a very popular and sought after tourist village. Mellieha Bay, the largest and most popular sandy beach on the island is only 5mins away by car. Shops, restaurants, banks and public transport are also just a short walk away from the apartment. As of 1 July 2026, Malta’s eco tax (tourist tax) will increase to €1.50 per person per night. This will be capped to €22.50 per continuous stay. This tax applies to all tourists aged 18 years and over staying in anytype of accommodation. Hosts are responsible to collect the tax and return it to the Malta Tax Office.

Can’t say enough great things about this property! Joe was also very kind and helpful as well. Next time we come to Malta, I will be looking up this property again. I think it was great for the price. It had everything we needed for a family of four including a 10 and the seven-year-old. Thank you for everything, Joe!

Joe was incredibly accommodating and as we arrived earlier than check in time, he was there to greet us at a good time. He showed us around, told us simply what we needed to know and left us to it. We had an amazing holiday made all the better when we got to come back to a lovely, clean flat after a busy day. In a great location close to bus stops, restaurants and shops. If you’re not good with walking I wouldn’t simuggest the area as lots of hills but if you have a car that shouldn’t be too much of an issue. Would highly recommend this place.

Right in the city center of Mellieha but with fast access to anywhere in Malta island. It's a second floor with no lift as advertised.The host was great, and everything was ready when we arrived. It's self checking with the keys in a box with a code.The host let us used some umbrellas for the beach.It was terrible hot in August, as the island humidity is so hich you can't barely breadth. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the living room.The water pressure of the water is very week, but enough for a slow shower.There is a terrace we could not used due to the heat.

Beautiful Cosy Place

The unit was really clean, everything was in great working order and condition. The location is great and everything is as advertised. Joe the owner is really helpful and polite, who will go out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this property and will no doubt be staying there once again.

Exceptionally Clean / Super friendly host

Joe the host is very friendly and if you have any questions he is very quick at replying. This flat is situated in a quiet part of Mellieha village close to the sandy beaches (10 minutes walk) or 5 minutes drive downhill. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from and other small shops nearby. The flat is immaculately clean and the kitchen and other furniture are brand new. Both bedrooms have a/c and a fan. The bathroom is also new with good pressure shower. I would recommend this property as you won't be disappointed.

This is a nice apartment in a good location. The most important thing is that Joe, the owner, answers messages very quickly and sorts things out if you ask him to.
