気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
From the start, the booking process was confusing and frustrating. Although we booked an apartment in Vienna, we were unexpectedly redirected to a Slovakian website to complete the registration. This raised serious concerns about security, especially when we were required to enter all our personal information. When we inquired about the legitimacy of the process, our concerns were completely ignored, which made us feel even more uneasy. The apartment itself was not much better. There were no towels in the bathroom provided, and the appartment and bathroom had a strong smell of mold, which was quite off-putting. While the beds were at least comfortable, we didn’t feel comfortable exploring the space further – opening drawers or cupboards just didn’t feel sanitary.
Additionally, the apartment is located directly next to a busy street, so it gets quite noisy at night. Even more concerning, there seemed to be a brothel or similar establishment nearby, which made us feel uncomfortable in the area.
We were only there for one night, and frankly, we were relieved to leave. We booked this place out of necessity, otherwise we would never chosen it.
