About this space
Charming 2-bed house ideal for a family or group (2 adults & 2 kids or 3 adults), featuring a cozy interior and private terrace. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, this home is nestled in a vibrant area with easy access to dining and shopping. Just a 3-minute walk to Westcombe Park Station, you're 10-15 mins from London Bridge and the heart of Central London. Discover nearby Greenwich Park, the quaint Greenwich Village, the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark, and many more attractions with ease!
The space
Welcome to my home!
This beautiful apartment in Blackheath Westcombe is in a bustling area of the city, within walking distance to the world-famous Greenwich Market and Cutty Sark.
The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living area features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances and utensils to cook delicious meals. There are floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a private terrace where you can enjoy fresh air.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one equipped with a king-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed, ideal for accommodating two children. Both mattresses are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort.
The two bathrooms are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including dry-cleaned towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note - there is a very small staircase in the property and please make sure you take care when using the stairs, especially when with young children.
The home is always professionally cleaned and tidied up for each guest.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Parking: 2 hours free on-street parking between 9 am-6:30 pm Monday- Saturday and free outside those hours/days.

Other things to note
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
No parking in the driveway, this driveway is for the neighbor and this must not be blocked.
Shoes off in the house.
No smoking, no vaping in the house.
No noise after 10 pm.
Turn the heating off when not in the building.
No pets and no animals.
Do not flush anything apart from toilet paper.
Do not touch the alarm by the front door.
Do not touch the small digital displays by the bathroom doors, these must always be turned off.

When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee, and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
